Well first of all, its hard to retunr home because the cost of living in America is very high. Unless they are wealthy, they'd be lucky to have $50 to send back home. Let alone be able to build. So if they are not going to have alot of money to give and to build when they return, then they dont return because people with scorn, laugh, and ridicule them. The average african believes that america has money growing on trees in which a person can just plant a dollar in the ground ans the trees produces money. 😂😂😂
