    Today's recipe is the richest and silkiest chocolate tart recipe.
    [Ingredients]
    -Tart Shell
    Unsalted Butter 120g
    Sugar powder 80g
    Salt 2g
    Egg 40g
    Soft flour 215g
    Almond powder 40g
    [Recipe]
    -Chocolate Ganache Filling
    Heavy cream 180g
    Dark coverture chocolate 135g
    Unsalted butter 30g
    +Croquant
    1. Whip unsalted butter at room temperature with sugar powder.
    2. Add salt and add beaten eggs to 1 in 3 times and mix until resistance is formed by whipping.
    3. Add soft flour and almond powder and mix as if cutting.
    4. Spread the dough with the spatula as if pressing it quickly (Prase operation) to mix the dough evenly.
    5. Cover both sides of the dough with thick plastic (about a zipper lock) or parchment paper, and then roll it to a thickness of 2mm with a rolling pin.
    6. Rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
    7. Use a tart ring to make a circle of the bottom plate, and cut a long strip on the side.
    8. Using a perforated mat and tart ring, carefully pan the cut dough.
    9. Bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 13 to 16 minutes.
    10. Boil the whipped cream on low heat until small bubbles rise from the edges.
    11. Gently mix the fresh cream and dark couverture chocolate.
    12. Mix room temperature butter at 11 ganache (30-40 degrees).
    13. Pour the ganache filling into the tart mold.
    14. After hardening in the refrigerator for 6 hours, decorate with crocans and you are done!
