Gary, have you considered making a VIDEO book? I don't think I've seen anybody do one before. Me and you can't be the only people, who find you ridiculously charismatic. I believe the presence and charisma you've developed through your life experiences would make stickier the messages, which you want to convey.

Ballin. Nice music. Nice answer about entrepreneurship. I would say there are a lot of entrepreneurs out there in jobs that don't even know they are entrepreneurs. They are too scared they are too shamed their self-esteem is too low and they are miserable. I pray that they will heed to the call and live their dreams. For We as a world Need their innovation. A very heavy episode this time around. I watched it a couple times because I didn't know what to say but you say a few things that I kept thinking about even after I had gotten away from the video and they were still on my mind! Also, it might be beneficial to say where to grab the book because without the email saying to snag it from Amazon or signed copy from Barnes and Noble, I may not have found it to preorder it! When I was first exposed to AskGaryVee through someones post on FB, I hated your voice and scrolled past the video. Now, your voice is the equivalent to Anthony Bourdain for me. I can listen to hours of AGV/Keynotes on end and I do everyday, because I hear your passion and fire. There's something special, magical even, when someone has clearly defined their purpose in life, and charges towards it. Thanks for these dailyvees. - On another note, the guy asking the questions sounds exactly like Dave Ramsey lol

Two things: first the music was outstanding and really set a great tone for the content. Sencond, it was informative seeing Gary interact with a wide variety of his employees. You can tell that he makes them feel welcomed and valued and I think that is one of the keys to his success that isn't talked about as much as it should be.
All good observations. And as an early VM employee, I can confirm that he did interact with all of us on a near daily basis in some way when he was in the office. Normally that meant a pat on the shoulder and a kind comment about something we had been working on a question about how we thought something was going. Gary's said it before and likely will again culture comes from the top and he and AJ have done and continue to do a great job at making the company reflective of their personalities.
I love that I wake up to a snap chat alerting me to DailyVee 007. The linkages between the mediums and communicating a similar yet slightly different message is where Gary Vee sets himself apart. If only we could educate every business/brand about social media cohesion and leverage.

glad to see you hire people with grey hair - we might not be able to keep up physically- but mentally - we're on top of it and can debate with the best of them.
After watching 150+ #AskGaryVee shows, DailyVee has shed light on how Gary actually thinks and arrives at his answers. The biggest takeaway for me is watching how he manages his time which affirms what he really means when giving advice related to time, productivity and attention. Thanks, Gary and DRock!

Unspoken Thoughts I haven't gotten anything off of the ground because my business ideas are outside of my work experience. I'm trying to start tech and journalism companies but I'm coming from the hospitality industry. I know that a hard knocks transition answer is probably what you were not expecting but that's my truth and reality right now.
he is so motivating im also not good in shool and I think so much that Im in the wrong place. My friends think I hate to learn but thats not true. I read everyday books like Think and grow rich atomic habits crushing it from gary vee etc. and I watch videos like this to get motivated and learn something. Hi my name is Marouen 20 years old ,i am a Engineering Student and i am a Network Marketing PRO I believed that smart phones and being online all day long on social media never gonna help me but when i discovered DailyVee i am kinda getting to like the idea of using social media to 'film my life' and upload that to grow and tell my story second by second and loved how u took the example of a 17 years old kid and said don't worry if u do something wrong cauz recently i worry alot but that kinda helped me also i like when u talk about patience and u insist on it that's good the thing that i started Network Marketing that i believe that entreunerprnship is the only way to get what i want in life also i want to start an other business but i kinda need a great idea and still working on that
