We know in the fitness community that's obviously far from optimal for training and muscle repair. Would you have advised against that if you weren't training such an outlier and hustler?

He does almost always get 6 hours which is a compromise between ideal for health / enough waking hours to crush life. However, in this one off instance, it made sense because the workout was after our flight (so it wasn't like we could have subbed more sleep for the workout)

Your ability to always be connected be on social media yet not be disconnected from people is amazing. Most people get so intertwined in social media that they forget about actual people. That is what separates you from the ordinary entrepreneur. Your empathy and gratitude. Understanding people is your best skill and that is why you're so good at what you do.

Hey, Gary! Long time lurker here! Just wanted to let you know that I think that, while DV 002 helped us really understand how hard you really hustle in a day, DV 022 helped us understand much more about how good you are at in-person engagement/empathy. Really inspiring! Thank you for that!

What I love about these episodes is the sincerity of GV. Everyone says they love their fans and want to spend time with them but GV seems to go above and beyond for his followers. We see 24 minutes of it, that's hours of footage condensed down to minutes. Even till the end you can see GV laughing and enjoying every single person who walks by. Humility at its greatest!!

That gratitude is the real shit. I have friends going through divorce and everything else and I see the posts that they are having rough times and shit and I told them that once I start having a bad or rough day, the way I dig myself out is by making sure others around me are having a great day. I'll text people I haven't spoken to for months and just wish them that they are having a great day. Little by little my day gets better with little notes like that and pretty soon I'm back in fighting shape. Cheers Gary! (And you're right Drock, looks gorgeous on the new camera!)

Gary V I'm so glad to see you talk about empathy and actually show it in action by interacting with so many ppl with such love, authenticity and flawless ness. I've recently developed a toolkit for corporate learning and the whole design is based upon empathy; understanding the employees and what they want to learn instead of dumping courses on them. I'm going to use your video and your messages where you talk about your employees and use as case study. Will keep you posted. Kudos dude. God bless

After watching all video content You publish there is very important detail I discovered: So many times You been surrounded by people who's trying to get some piece of You. This is noticeable especially when hanging around with fans, business partners etc. The thing is Your aura is so strong all stuff You put out there is coming back to You as a strength. Take care of Your aura!:)

I love that idea of offence early! Make mistakes. I listened to the podcast with Jordan Harbinger loved how you talked about the ventures that you shut down. Keep inspiring Gary! #patience #persistence #thelonggame #deepnotwide

Excellent job again, I don't know how these keep getting better! I know we are going to meet at some point and I will echo Josh sentiments that by following you, my revenue generation has increased by 65% over the past four months ( I know.. new fan). Miindset and tactics baby! Thanks garyvee!!

Honestly for me fuck a photo. Getting a short conversation is so much more valuable IMO. Like that young guy at the end In the blue giraffe shirt. Patience and not letting outside environment influence your trajectory. But every time you say patience Gary I feel like this gives people an excuse to not have a sense of urgency towards life. Every day counts.

+Gary Vaynerchuk This is true. You defined it much more clearly for me.
