@usmanmohammad7417 He could be... or perhaps not. I'm the daughter of a retired sous chef, and I grew up cleaning like that, especially when I'm cooking. Plus, I use nitrile gloves at all times in the kitchen. That's why I presumed the guy was just following his normal cleaning routine because I definitely have one and always follow it without fail. Either way, it looks safe and delicious to eat. Did you serve in Korea too? If so, what branch? (Btw, S. Korea was my last tour of duty.)

My family’s from Philly. So, I’m one of those who is very critical anytime I see “Philly Cheesesteak” on any menu that’s well outside of Philly. I always play this game to see how close the imitators get to the real thing. Most of them fail miserably. But, this guy has a real process that shows he respects the craft of how it should really be done. Some things are wrong, didn’t expect it to look perfect. The uniqueness of his approach still sells me on it. Especially, as he goes out of his way to make sure some of the right type of flavors are applied first. Don’t care for the extra stuff like all of that chilli, chips, or two different blends of cheese as simplicity is key when it comes to making a cheesesteak correctly. Still, it looks like a damn good rendition that just might be the best competitor in the world to the real thing. Who would’ve thought it would be all the way in Korea? I enjoyed watching this. Definitely would want to try that version

I live outside Philly. Those look better than anything I’d get around here! Great job. Plus the wiping of the cans is a step you wouldn’t see here. Plus the crushed chips is a great touch.

Also try marinara and onion rings with mozzarella sticks. Yea.

Also beef tallow, lard, butter (any natural fat) adds not only delicious flavor but is healthy for you, unlike seed oils (canola, palm, olive oil, etc., ) which are unhealthy and the real culprits of heart attacks.

This American gives this top notch chef a Michelin Star! Using beef tallow to caramelize the onions AND doing that FIRST before anything else = PERFECT! Also, the steak he's using is what we call in America " break away steak " which is the best steak cut to use for the Philly cheese steak sandwich. Absolutely superb culinary skill and knowledge!
