LOVED IT! I actually used frozen organic strawberries (and omitted the rhubarb because I didn’t have any at the moment) and added some flaxseeds and ground coriander to the crumble for extra nutrition. It is delicious! Flavorful, aromatic, delectable! Thank you, Jill! Another winner!

Another awesome & tasty recipe from beautiful Jill. Yes, it's botanical a vegetable and I know what I will be using my home grown strawberries & rhubarb for. Love 🥰 all the video's and love 😍vegan whole plant foods and love 💕Jill.
SO happy to note SO many views!!! I'm going to use this recipe and others of yours when I do my upcoming Taste of Life Cooking With Plants program on our local community TV station and add in how to make vanilla nice cream to go with it. I may use peaches/blueberries!
Thanks for this delightful recipe. Gentle reminder to viewers that most vanilla extracts have refined grains and sucrose. Sweet Laurel Bakery out of California makes a great one without those. :)
Hi Jill -- Looking forward to this. It's in the oven as I write. My container is deeper and narrower than yours and I was wondering if there's a way to test if the fruit is fully cooked (like you might test a cake by inserting a knife before removing from oven).
Oh my goodness! Reminds me of summertime in Ohio. Rhubarb grew wild in back yards. I will be making this!!
Simple to make, absolutely delicious, and so healthy. Thx Jill for the wonderful work you do creating these amazing recipes !!

When I don't have all the ingredients of a recipe or have things to use up, I use it as a guideline. Here's what I did & it's PHENOMENAL!!!

Yummo!!!
I stay away from rhubarb because of the amount of sugar used. This looks awesome.

It is done when the rhubarb is soft.
Hi Jill 💖
Hi Valerie!
Luv strawberry Rhubarb!Cant have oats or gluten what can I substitute?
Almond flour but 1/4 cup less
do you have an alternative to hazel nuts please
Almonds would work
Can this be made with frozen rhubarb? I can't find fresh in my area here in Florida.
Absolutely 👍
My dates have been pasted. How much data paste would I use, a half cup?
Yes
I LOVE your content, Jill. Thank you! Anything I can use to replace rhubarb? None of that around, unfortunately.
Maybe apples that are not too sweet? Or even peaches?
@@sandracarli1110 Cool, will try. Thank you, Sandra!!
@@markpaulojabay9381 My pleasure 😉.
What? No ice cream? :o
