    JILL DOES IT AGAIN!!!! I just had to make this recipe right away, because my husband told me he loves carrot cake, and I never even made him wine before, but this recipe I could get behind! I do not even have much of a sweet tooth at all, but let me tell you, thank God these are filling because I think I would have polished off the whole pan, and I am not that kind of person whatsoever when it comes to desserts!!!! my husband, of course loved it as well! I didn’t think I was going to be crazy about the pineapple, but it actually is amazing that way… Frosting is amazing… All around, amazing… This is a keeper! Thank you for once again knocking it out of the park, Jill! You always have the best recipes!😋👍🏻💕

    I made these the other day and let me tell you all; the addition of the pineapple really takes this delicious dessert to another level!! Oh, and the frosting? Heavenly!! I (reluctantly) served my last square to a friend who is not WFPB and I quote, "Oh, these are good, oh these are REALLY good!" My response was, "Told ya!" ☺ Thank you again, Jill!!! ♥

    When I first saw Jill's post on Instagram for this recipe, I already knew it would be AMAZING!!! Jill's recipes are so delicious, tasty and healthy. I bring her goodies to work, and people go crazy over them. My family LOVES all her recipes. I am making them today as our Sunday dessert. Thank you again :o) for another amazing recipe.

    Hi Jill , that s looks great . My daughter bought me vegan carrot cake from Star bucks I think it was just before lockdown s and it was so nice a bit like Christmas cake. But now they've changed the recipe. Anyways this kind of looks like the kind of recipe I'm looking for with the spices & I love pineapples . I have all the ingredients apart from carrots , I will be making this tomorrow !! 🌻💚🌿💚🌷🌿🌻

    Absolutely delicious. I like to freeze them, then thaw a bar for a short time (still cold), then place sliced strawberries on top. Heaven.

    Thank you Jill made the carrot cake tonight and it is lovely, will make again. Just starting my plant based journey and found the topping not sweet but still enjoyed having it with the cake. Maybe my taste buds need to adjust to less sugar. Xx

    Jill, your recipes are really good, but you are really outdoing yourself these days! I made these cake bars this morning and they were delicious! I did not even make the frosting, but they were so good both warm and at room temperature. It was hard to resist eating the whole pan full. Thank you for this yummy recipe.

    Note: You have to double the frosting recipe for a Vitamix blender, or else it will not blend. It made two 1-cup Mason jars. I used one, then put the other one in the freezer. : )

    I tried this recipe last night. It turned out stellar without the frosting. I tried another vegan cake before this not from Jill my husband refused to eat it. This one he has asked me to make it again.

    Oh, my, these are Scrumptious, Jill!! I only had pineapple tidbits, so I added them to the blender with the soy milk, dates, etc and it worked beautifully. My husband absulutely loved these and couldn't believe they are whole food and plant based! Another winner from Jill's kitchen. Thank you thank you!!!!

    I Made these today, except, I used 3/4 cup oat flour, 3/4 cup almond flour, and 1 1/4 cups dates...
    And it came out excellent and perfect! Tastes amazing too!
    I don't like to make vegan cakes and vegan donuts with oat flour only cuz it tastes too much like baked oatmeal...
    I think the oat flour and almond flour go great together!
    This recipe is a keeper!!

    Hi Jill, I made the carrot cake yesterday. I did shred my carrots very finely and I wasn’t sure about the pineapple if I had to drain it well ? The taste was really good but the texture was a little heavy. Do you think it was cause by too much carrots and juice from pineapple? Thanks! I had to freeze some pieces because I would eat it all😂

    Delicious I made some yesterday. Should they be stored in the fridge and for how long ? Storage is a question I always ask as there are only 2 of us in the house to eat everything :)

      @@wholefoodplantbasedcookingshow Thank you I am starting week 4 following your recipes after the doctor wanted to put me on statins which I refused. He said changing your diet won't do anything !!
      Also do you have any people who have reported improvement for macular degeneration ? I have the warning stage before it develops . I live in France and some ingredients are hard to find like soy curls which would cost me 72 euros for a bag if I buy online ! I'll have to skip that one :) I so appreciate your cooking show.
