    So clearly presented. I have a better idea now what the process entailed. Thanks for taking the time to do it.

    AMAZING! Thanks so much for this video and the explanation with the diagrams. Awesome Awesome video!! I'm new to learning how wells are drilled and what it all entails so thanks so much. For a visual learner this was very effective and clear to understand. I can't thank you enough!

    Excellent video. How much water can a borehole produce per day?

    • @lakewarrior1443
      @lakewarrior1443  Рік тому +1

      Our well producers 50 gallons a minute. So if u multiple that out our well could produce 70,000 gallons per day if it ran all day! Thanks for watching!!

      It depends on the formation and general capacity of the aquifer underground. That being said it also depends on the amount of screen / casing size / surface area for water to flow in. I've worked on 5" irrigation wells with 20 feet of screen that easily pump 300 gallons per minute continuously.

      I think right around 10k all in. I only had to go 60 some feet, after 80’ it would have cost more.
      Hope that helps!

    "WELL" done! (pun intended) Both the video and all the well people! I never would have imagined so much was involved. On my 1st trip to Romania, I met a pastor and his family - both pastor and wife were learned, experienced well producers. The communist dictator, unfortunately, reduced them to begging for food during his reign. It really takes some smarts to do this!

    Nice drawing! I don't think they grout the whole depth. I think they only do 20 feet bellow surface.

    Well done explaining in depth and clear editing. I like! Probably why i stumbled upon your work. Still wondering how the drill curved under. Amazing. I guess it is similar to putting glass fiber underground here in the city. Back-watching the other episodes now :)

      Hey Thanks Johanna, My goal is an attempt to explain projects in a simple yet complete way that people can understand. Well drilling was very intimidating to me when I first realized I needed a new well.. Now I get it:). Thanks for the comment and I appreciate you enjoying my videos!!

    That was absolutely fantastic. I was watching Google shorts and this video came up about a dud well. He was rabbiting on about this and that and I had no idea what the hell they were doing. So I searched UA-cam and came upon this video, that went from start to finish with clear and concise explanations. It's amazing all that machinery. Such clever engineering. Does my head in. You did a fantastic job with editing the video. It was like a mini documentary that just dealt with what was at hand with no fluff in it. 100/100 is my mark.

      We spent right around 9500.00 for everything. Fortunately we only needed to drill 65’. If we would have went further then 80’ it cost per foot drilled. We were lucky on the price:). I’ve heard about much higher costs! Thanks for watching!

    I haven't seen many residential water wells, but with my time at USACE I've seen a TON of relief wells on levees (for relieving water pressure). It's cool to see how they are similar and how they are different. I also never knew how accurate those boring machines could get! Great informative video!
