Interest in the waste water from the cabin. Are you tying it in to your existing septic tank or adding a new septic tank. Cabin looks down hill from your yard where the septic tank is now installed for the main house. Just curious how you are handling the waste water.
If you set your well pump around the 200 to 300 foot mark it will be easier to pull it out and work on it yourself if needed. Also the deeper you go the more horse power pump you will need.
We set ours about 75 feet from the bottom and use a better pump. In the end, it only costs slightly more for the pump but the extra reserve is worth it.
That lawn so green for december its crazy good
Thanks Doc! Merry Christmas

It’s cold as a Well Diggers ass out there!
Always something going on at Doc's
Now with the carbon filters, does that remove the chlorine necessary to keep the plumbing clean & bacteria free?

How do you plan to heat/cool the cabin (I.e. inside unit, outside unit, window unit)?
I think he stated in a previous video he was installing a mini split unit.
Does the PVC Liner only go to rock and rest is open hole? I am O&G background so entire hole is cased to prevent collapse
water capacity depends upon size of sand strata. deeper wells here on Gulf coast have higher concentrations of salt.
True on sandy coastal wells. Ours at the beach is 30 feet deep. Here and away from the coast you have to hit ROCK.
I have the twin to that rig
Month. I’m in SC. 6-9 months for a new well
