Another good shoot and nobody got hurt. However, this is not a criticism, when Callyann got hyper-excited and hit 2 octaves above middle C my Pug started howling along. Very enjoyable.

Finally glad they're trying chocolate from my hometown of Buffalo NY, then they need to try Aunt Rosie's Loganberry, Chiavettas, Sahlens, Wardinski's and Weber's. And how could I forget beef on wheck ? It's not western NY without beef on wheck.

So cool, my first wife Patricia Anne Codick's grandfather Jon Watson from what I remember God rest both if their souls was the founder of Watsons chocolate. She was born in Buffalo in 78' her father lives in Reno Nevada and her mother Elaine Watson is gone as well. My daughter Breanna stays in touch with her uncle Jon Watson and gets candy delivered here to Arizona. Pretty 😎

The Try channel should definitely come visit Buffalo. Try the wings, beef on weck, see the falls, and party on W. Chippewa and Allen St. Also go to a Bills tailgate
Typically when you put a warm substance like melted chocolate or sugar on popcorn that then soli difies, i always find it takes the "crunch" out of the popcorn and makes it seem stale
Yeah, they really are new to coated popcorn.
Simple food science, when the chocolate (its warm so it will spray) is applied to the popcorn the moisture from the chocolate breaks down the exterior of the popcorn (its porous) this is why no brand of chocolate covered popcorn tastes "fresh".

We're the second largest city in New York State about 6 hours west of NYC, with lots of great people, fun things to do, also with great food, and bars. Come visit and we'll show you a fun time, especially in the summer or fall.

Point of order , Buffalo is on the whole other side of NY state from NYC and we are very much so different in ... let's call it overall culture. Think Dublin ( NYC ) -vs- Limerick ( Buffalo ) . Since Clisare is such a popcorn lover she needs to try Chicago popcorn mix, it’s caramel and cheddar mixed together and it’s great the sweet and savory combo is amazing.

Watson's chocolate is from NY...the state, not the city. The Buffalo area, which is as about as far away from NYC as you can get while still being in the same state. So, while I like the NYC accents, Buffalonians are more of a nasally, slightly Midwest sound (I'm from Buffalo).

Callyann needs to try Chef's Chocolate Salty Balls
Buffalo, NY (where those chocolates are from) is an 8 hour drive from NYC (Manhattan). It’s in the extreme NW corner of the state, a 20 minute hop to the Canadian border. You can drive to Maine quicker (in 6 hours). *Lilac* is the best NYC chocolatier, bar none.

I used to live in the same town as that lot. I ordered some Watson's in for Christmas (not popcorn though).
London is closer to Dublin than Buffalo is to NY City. Accents might be a little off. Who needs accents when youse got chocolate!! I can't believe Clare said disregard the balls.

Buffalo and Brooklyn are two completely separate dialects. Wester NY and the city have little in common, vernacular or politically. Never heard balls adding to the flavor in that manner (Thanks Paddy! 🤣🤣🤣) I believe they're nonpareils.

Oreo's come in a chocolate fudge covered flavor. They don't talk like that in Buffalo, that heavy accent only exists in New York City, it would be like using a Welsh accent for a Dubliner.
Also, "the Big Apple" (mentioned in the description) is a nickname for New York City, _not_ the entire state.

This Christmas we dipped different flavored Oreos in chocolate such as carrot cake caramel coconut and dipped regular Oreos in white chocolate.

Donal, like the rest of us, is used to chocolate that tastes nice, not like puke ;). We don't have whatever weird additives are put in US chocolate, in Europe.

@@itsonlysound It's the Butyric Acid that they use in Hershey's that makes it smell and taste like vomit.
Hershey's is only a notch above the seasonal chocolates at Dollar Tree. The best deal for chocolate is at Aldi if you have one near you. They have excellent cheap chocolate imported from Austria or Germany.
@@itsonlysound It's ONLY Hershey's chocolate that tastes like that. In the US we have many chocolatiers and none add that vomit taste to their chocolate. For the record, when I was a kid and got a Hershey's bar when trick or treating, I would sort them out and give them to my siblings. 🤣👍
