Oh dear. I have had similar experiences throughout my life. I to find talking to them is pretty well the best way to handle it. It was actually fun when I was working and people would hear me. Some people would be like “What is wrong with you”, while others - who were the last people you would expect - would corner you and say “I know what you’re doing “, and then tell me about their experiences. You will be amazed by the number of people who have experienced something that they have never ( or harder ever ) told anyone - it’s more common than you’d expect.

I used to live in a haunted apartment with an ex fiancé. I f-ing saw him (the ghost, that is). I nearly jumped out of my own skin with fright and couldn’t scream as much as I was internally. It was horrifying. That was only the most terrifying experience, and was far from the only one. Boot steps in the night leading down the hall into the bedroom and to the end of the bed. Multiple times, with us both experiencing it together. Lights exploding, books flying off of tables, a dog that would take all of her toys to play with something we couldn’t see. Friends didn’t like coming over after dark. Grown ass men. Lol Yeah, that was crazy.
Callyann needs a deck of tarot cards, don’t mess with ouija that’s just asking for trouble lol but a deck of tarot cards might be above to tell you something.
The spits are real. The home I grew up it, was also a haven for at least 4 of them. Blessings, anointing, Bible-thumper antics, etc... do no more than moping your floor. If there actually was a god, devil, heaven, hell, etc... the spirits would not be present.
Had two different houses, that strange things happened. One was very common, not scary at all, but very cool. And I had witnesses, so it's not just me seeing & hearing the weird stuff. Lol
i took down all my cupboard doors and regular doors cause they kept slaming for no reason i only have the front door and back door now but it did stop the bazar slamming of doors humans 1 ghoust 0
If anyone really wants spirits gone. Investigate prior tenants, and the LAND the building is on. Many seem attached to the land, not the building. If you find names, tell them to go home to God. A salt circle around the house doesn't hurt either.
