Fiat time I hear about this helpful Velcro . It gives the hair rest from the clips .. Also. You use less clips on your head...less pulling and less soreness. ..Thank You. So much....
I have done this too with mine! I don’t like the “bulk” the Velcro causes, it makes me feel like my topper is not “flat to my head”, which of course it’s not. But it is better than using clips on my bio hair.
You are amazing...from one Chicago girl to another :) I've dealt with female pattern baldness since my teens. It took over my life. I was thinking also to once in a while secure a topper we could wear a fashionable headband. Why not!? I just bought my first topper after 2 decades of struggling and realized immediately "Wow! I can style my hair like mormal women do!" 😒 So why not wear a cute, thick headband once in a while and give clips a break? I did order the velcro just now though! I will def try them!! Thanks girl! ❤
It is not! I was worried that it would be but I didn’t feel it. This may possibly depend on how much bio hair you have. I don’t have a lot but still do have a decent amount especially because I comb it over.
I think it depends on ur scalp... I use the same one... But... Its scraching and some bad days.. I cant use them at all.. They are irritating and hurtig.. I guess my scalp are a bit more sensitive.
Hi! I store 4 of my toppers in a clear plastic container. I stack them on top of each other. 2 of them are older/cheaper toppers so I’m not worried about them sitting on the bottom. I keep the two nicer toppers on top. I don’t rotate though them often so I’m ok with the hair folding. When it comes time to wear I would restyle. Wigs I keep individually in their original boxes with the tissue paper it came with in the cap so it keeps it’s shape and the netting around it if I still have it. Other options are hanging them on wig hangers or keeping them on mannequin heads but I don’t have the space for that, plus like I said I don’t rotate through them often. Hope this helps!

I used this technique and the "halo" stretchy elastic technique for double security without the need for any clips.

Someone from a wig group in Canada sent me 2 Velcro strips and wondered how they work so thanks for posting this. I’ll give it a try.
This is a game changer for sure! I'm going to try this I don't like the clips much because my hair is sparce on the top and sides 💖
You are amazing 🤗for trying stuff out and letting us know about it!
I did not understandThat IF the velcro sticks to the scalp hair,Wont it pull out the hair while taking out
Won't the velcro pull your bio hair when removing the hair topper.
Do they come in other colors other than black?
Do you think these would be ok to use on a silk base topper? I ask because they are so delicate compared to a mono top.

Cool! Thanks for sharing!
Does the Velcro pull out your hair?
I cut my Bio Hair very short with electric clippers. Will the Velcro stick to that?

What about braiding hair into topper ? Small braids or pull own hair thru like a frost cap.
Brilliant idea : )
Thankyou so very much.

Is the velcro not scratchy against your scalp?
