On this occasion I would like to share how to change a standard 1" bicycle fork to an oversized 1 1/8" or OS
the ingredients include:
1. standard fork bicycle
2. Fork OS
3. pipe 1 1/4"
4. Headset 1 1/8"
5. stem
6. spacers

Headset cups should seat more tightly in frame, not pressed by hand.

the question is, can it handle some beating on the frame especially on the MTB frames if the owner wants to go on trail?
it's obvious it can't, just look at it, it's not even straight. It is used just for basic riding. For commuting and ease of service. It just works but with basic riding.

Over size is 44mm internal, I know because I replaced my front fork and I had to measure it to adapt the new ball bearings

Use 2 adaptors or change the head tube.... I prefer to use the adaptor because it didn't damage the frame

U can find the pipe 1 1/4" at material store, for the rest parts available at bike shop but way better buy through online shop coz it's cheaper...wes koyo ngono ae, jenengan ngerti po...
