  • Thank you to Paul Components (‪@PaulComponentEngineering‬), Chris King (‪@chriskingbuzz‬) and Oury Grips for the awesome purple bits to adorn what I have to say is my favorite frame customization I have done so far. I love the effect the super blue has on the raw steel frame, even with my amateur brazing on the disk brake mount. For similar awesome parts check out my friends below:

It's such a cool idea to use gun bluing to color a bike! Such a neat affect, it really gives it a deep, smooth gun metal look, which is gorgeous against the shiny steel of the lettering and symbols. Absolutely gorgeous build like always!

I didn't know my father well. But, he always had a chevy. I remember when I was a kid seeing how he'd look at a restored camaro or vette. I'm not much into cars. That was my father's game. I have a beat up truck that I use when needed but mostly just like to ride bikes. I think, looking at this, I can understand what he was feeling at those times.

Cool vid. Only tip i have is when using the derailleur hanger tool, always use the wheels valve as the test for reference. If you just spin the tool around with the wheel stationary, the tool can pick up a false-hit if the wheel is out of true at all

People who realize the frame prep for bluing is half-assed, the bluing itself is poor, the brake boss on the rear looks like crap, the anodising on the stem and cranks are poorly done, and drilling holes in the frame is a health risk.
