I almost died a couple of years ago. I have been a diabetic for 50 years and I went to the hospital with a blood sugar over 1000. What I didn't know until later was that I was given only a 20% chance of survival. I do remember fighting back from that and just how much my body had shut down. It is quite life changing to fight back from near death. All I know is that I absolutely treasure Nurses now. Everything makes sense now as I do note some days when things look off for you and I worried what had happened. But now it makes sense, and my thoughts are with you as you have your bad days. It gives you a unique perspective and I can see that you carry that with you.

I've so enjoyed you in the past as one of the more intelligent and kind hearted reactors to films, and hearing you now with your terrible medical ordeal is just too much to bear. I hope the best for you in the new year and may all this suffering be behind you.

Uhhhhh... I had pneumonia and COVID at the same time, still fight with pneumonia every day and it's tough. But it's a very weird thing to go on talk shows talking about.

Kazzy, you're a wonderful person and a perpetual fighter. You were meant to and deserved to pull through. You're a beacon of inspiration to the depressed and the broken.
Sorry to have to add that comment but why did this idiot interviewer laugh multiple times? Once is understandable, out of awkwardness and the incapacity to cope with such a scenario especially not having gone through it himself, but beyond that? There's no excuse.

I love you, and please trust me when I say this, he's an incredible human being. He created such a safe space for me and he was never laughing at me - he was always laughing with me, because he understood what I had gone through and also was shocked to hear some of the things, too. He told me resonated with everything I was saying and we'll be getting together again for a round table discussion. Please trust me when I tell you that he is a wonderful human being. I know you are, too ❤️

@@KazzyCreates Actually, I'm not. But that's beside the point. Sorry for taking his reaction the wrong way. Didn't mean to white knight, either. My interpretation of his laughs just rubbed me the wrong way is all. Merry Christmas to you and everyone you hold dear.
