Elizabeth olsen deserves an oscar for how she's brought this character to life. What a performance. Just incredible.
The comments referring to Agatha as being a "good" witch definitely refers to her character from the COMICS. In this MCU version, she is definitely NOT good -- though I'm reasonably sure they will turn her away from being completely evil because she's getting a spinoff show where she is the protagonist. In the comics, she debuted in the pages of The Fantastic Four and become the nanny and protector of young Franklin Richards. She aided various heroes over the years and eventually offered to become Wanda's mentor and teach her "real" magic. When Wanda later went crazy, she killed Agatha in retaliation for Agatha wiping Wanda's memories of her illusionary children (done to spare Wanda unnecessary pain, not done with evil intent). For a time Agatha's spirit lingered on Earth as a ghost, but she has been recently returned to life (cuz comics).
Disney is making Agatha Harkness evil. The original comic book character was not evil. Creepy, dark, witchy, and mysterious yes - but she always acted for good.

I first ran across Agatha Harkness in the lat 1960s/ early 1970s, when she appeared as the nanny for Reed and Sue Richards of The Fantastic Four. In those issues, the FF were attacked by an interdimensional power beyond their abilities, and were within a hair's breadth of dying. Agatha basically stood up and said, "Don't worry, I got this," and took out the baddie with very little difficulty. So back then, she was one of the good guys. But I stopped reading comics pretty shortly after that, so I never got to see Agatha's later interactions with Wanda or her other Marvel schtick. So when Agatha revealed her name here, I gasped, but I was shocked at what a b*tch she turned out to be.
The spell book is The Darkhold -- viewers of the TV series "Agents of Shield" know that the Darkhold is a very, very, dangerous object -- it corrupts and destroys everyone who touches it or reads it. So her reading it, even in astral form, is a scary thing, and we were all going "oh, sh*t" when we saw it.
I've seen people talk about how it doesn't make sense to make Wanda out to be good but I contend that if such powers existed you would see this a lot. People would manifest their grief in ways no human in real life could.
The one thing I never noticed and I notice that other people don’t notice, is how Agatha doesn’t have a reaction to Wanda’s magic. Agatha knew what was going on the whole entire time from the first episode.
Indeed, in the show you find that out around episode 7.
Agatha knew wanda has a unique magic power and she cannot outrun her , even she doing cast spell., theres upcoming agatha all along seri3s on disney+, it shows agatha returbing her magic and they will fight again

Kazzy, thank you for uploading this. Your WandaVision reactions during the time they aired was how I discovered your channel. Although it brings back all of the memories of 2021, it (for me) makes me feel like the last 3 and a half years went by so quickly. Anyway, I apprecaite the fact that you've always apprecaited your supporters, stayed genuine, stayed classy. It's my only wish that you are able to stay in the best of health, pain-free, worry-free. There's only so much we have control over beyond our best efforts and making each day count. Whatever happens in life, I believe I speak for your supporters as well as myself when I say that we are with you to the very end. All the way. (Hopefully many decades from now.)
Such a great series - and then they went and wasted all that character development in a lousy movie full of plot holes and illogical nonsense.

i know everyone has mix opinion on wandavision some think it's an ok decent series, some think it's a bad show don't like it and some love it think it's a good or great show i respect everyone's difference opinions well for me i love wandavision so much i think this is the best amazing 10 out of 10 underrated show to me this is my favorite disney plus series some love loki better than wandavision but for me i love wandavision better than loki show don't get me wrong i also think loki is a great show too i love that series as well but it's not my favorite show

Great show! I am glad they release this on Blu-Ray with steelbook, because I have never seen it and I don't watch streaming. Loki Season 1 and WandaVision are my first Blu-Ray.
My grandparents had separate rooms, not beds. She went to bed early and he stayed up late, listening to music and reading.
I'm a loud sleeper, so for my partner's sake I'd do it if they wanted.

Right! That drove me crazy when she said that! I just discovered this channel and I want to enjoy it but if I know people are spoiling things in the comments that completely ruins the experience. She needs mods to keep the spoiler rats at bay.

Jimmy Woo is one of Marvel’s oldest characters. He’s been around since 1956 and has worked with SHIELD, several crazy teams, and a whole lot of other superheroes.
Randall Park is great in the role. He straddles the line between comic relief and competent agent, which is perfect.
A Jimmy Woo series would be great.

Agatha Harkness in the series is nothing like Agatha in the comic book. In the comic book Wanda was weak but Agatha took Wanda as her student and trained her to be very strong. Agatha was also the nanny of Sue and Reed Richards' son.

Even her mom didn't think her can be good and made her think why she should be nice.. no one is gonna believe her so she will just be the Villain like people want too... In the Agatha series i think she is going to be nice because of Billy, she's gonna protect him cause she knows Billy. And lastly i think She's gonna be a Billy mentor not like in the comic she is Wanda mentor.
watch Doctor Strange MOM...it might change your view about Wanda being evil...she is selfish from Age of Ultron to Infinity War by not letting Vision go when they saw Tony is missing. She has always been an evil side since the beginning. Im not surprised by how dark she became. Im a fan of her. How the details from prev movies created the Wanda in Doctor Strange.

Agatha saw the Scarlet Witch as a threat to reality and so wanted to stop her. You can argue her methods and attitude, but she wasn't evil.
Hayward is totally a [van Dyke], but he's morally dubious doing a questionable job, not evil.
Wanda held a whole town hostage, kept them from their families, and forced them to play act in her fantasy instead of living their own lives. Wanda knew what she was doing. She hasn't lost her memory and knew to edit it the events that didn't fit in. She tortured them without consideration. She's entitled to her grief, but it's not an excuse for what she did.
Wanda is the villain.
It's either she wanted to stop the Scarlet Witch or help her control her magic. She only became an antagonist because se was corrupted by the Darkhold.
i disagree that wanda is a villain here in wandavision i think she is just misunderstood that's all she is just hurting that she lost her family and vision that's all that doesn't mean she is bad evil at all i would not label wanda is bad at all so i don't blame her for doing what she is doing to be honest i think she is good i just want to share my difference point of view perspective but i respect your perspective believe is you think wanda is a villain.
@shawn6306 Wanda knowingly takes control of every person in the town, subverts their will, separates the children from their families, and inflicts her nightmares on them. All of this so that she can play out a fantasy and hide from reality. Yes, she's entitled to her grief and the process of moving through it, but that doesn't give her the right to hurt others while doing so. If she hadn't been interrupted by SWORD and Agatha, Wanda would have just carried on and it isn't clear that she'd have ever stopped because she thought her fake life and fake family was more important than any number of other people.
That's what I call evil. I'm sympathetic to her situation, but not to her resolution of it.
I always thought Wanda didn’t make the hex on purpose and she didn’t realise she was torturing the people of Westview. Of course she is definitely no hero but I wouldn’t say she is a straight up villain either.
Stay til the end, the song plays her brother wrote for her and it is straight fire......
