- Mini Countryman R60 Full Service Guide
A full service retailing at £280 pound can be done at home for less than 100 including tools!
This guide is the same for all the R series cooper S minis, but this specifically is the R60 countryman,
In this video I change my air filter, the oil, oil filter, and the pollen filter, which isn’t usually included in a ‘full service’. All goes well for good maintenance of your mini
The guide is only that, not a perfect how to and I cannot take responsibility for anything that goes wrong, I’m just documenting how I went about doing it. Be prepared to hurt your back doing the pollen filter!
Hope it’s useful to you all!
This is super helpful thank you. For someone not particularly mechanically minded you made this look fairly simple!
Cheers man! Appreciate that
Thanks for your time and advice always good to no mate 👍
Keep up the great content.
Cheers again man!
Hi mate,, nice video. How come my mini looks different in the engine bay. The air filter is different type and the oil filter is different location. Is the one you working on in the video a sport version?
@@spudo133 ah yeah this is the cooper S, in all honesty I didn’t think the non turbo version would be much different thanks for the info though
@@InitialB Fair enough. Well done video non the less. Yeah its different maybe its because the turbo needs a bigger intake.
Great video but for the cabin filter that has arrows saying airflow is the airflow of the arrows facing up or down when installment?
I’m pretty sure the arrows face upwards mate, although it should be obvious on removal which side is filthy
Is that the non turbocharged version?
@@1977mrrodo it is the turbo model
Wouldn't touch a BMW 'mini' with a bargepole. 😮
Worse still, a Peugeot engined one lol
