I improved myself and she asked for a second chance. It took a lot of thought but eventually I agreed. Wasn't long before she said she changed her mind.
Her loss king. I am sure u are amazing, unique and worth something better than her. Chin up, and remember, life goes on. Only focus what u can improve from now on. Don't duel on what u did wrong cos u did the best u could at the time. Now u would do things different cos u had this pain u had to go through to get this mentality.

Ive spent many many hours listening and analyzing each video of each coach especially coach natalli i really appreciate your work and dedication to help others but dont you think helping others to move on and get over it better than giving people fake hope and tips that will make them stay attached in a way or another either with the radio silence / no contact or other methods most of the time the second part will be already moving on while you still following fake hopes and waiting for her/him to come back / text / or call and that will create even more pain and trauma...
i think the thing that ACTUALLY happens is after no contact most people will feel a bit better without their ex. Because you have found yourself again and you will KNOW that you dont NEED that second person to feel ok. Maybe you’ll also realize that they will come back but a lot later than you think
It's been 2 weeks. It's quite early so i expect her to be silent. But when she decided to break up with me i told her that im the ex that she'll never hear from again. So i blocked her. She started stalking me from her alt instagram account so i made my account private. She broke up with me because i was "too needy", even though she made me wait a month and a half because she needed "space".
Sooooo many times I've read too much into silence. This is where men and women are very different. I was devastated thinking he hated me and was ignoring me. I reached out with an attitude and he responded with "I'm so glad to hear from you. I got Covid and I'm better now and I've been meaning to see if you're up for hiking with the dogs"
I felt like the biggest idiot.

I really need help, I can't afford a coaching call but If one of you could read my story and help me find some context. We were together for 5 years, long distance but we lived together for many months at a time it was a good relationship.
When she left I've went through the whole NC thing already, improved myself in every way I could, long story short we met unintentionally and she fell back in love with me. She was completely enamored with the new me..Then she fell back again, not long after I went home. She said I confused her when I was there, I'm pretty sure she knew how she felt. It was love and she admitted she mad a huge mistake....why leave after when I didn't even come back strong
It’s time to move on. She doesn’t love you for what you are and who you are. Unless, she’s not happy with the Long Distance Relationship anymore? Just talk to her, and decide from there. Know your self worth.
My ex and I broke up a couple of weeks ago and I begged for about 2 days than dipped. She saw me go to the gym with another girl a couple days ago. She’s been acting really happy and went to a party with one of her new friends and would not stop talking about me being “all over this new girl” and that she researched who it was and all that at the party she went to. My friend was also at that party and told me how happy she was trying to be but how jealous she was acting towards me hanging with this girl. Any thoughts?

You made a mistake - you should have answered or texted back when she called/texted to you.
No contact means you no contact her. But when she contacts you - you answer.
Now remedy the situation. Call her or text her. Say you did not notice her reaching out or find some other excuse. Invite her on a date.
I was in no contact for 9 months she never reached out only when I msg first she responded but then became hot n cold made less effort now I have unfollowed her on all platforms and changed my number I don’t think she will reach out she is too stubborn

Coach is so innocent. You forgot to mention that your ex might be talking to someone already (friend) once he smashes her and dumps her she will call you. Also dont get no reaction. Man up and move on . There are 8 billion people out there and half of them are women. Stay strong

I gave my ex quite a bit of no contact, after about 30-40 days she reached out, called me, said she missed me and we scheduled to meet. On the day of the meeting she flaked, saying she was busy. I replied it was ok, and she said we could find time some other time. After that she has been silent for another week.. how should i respond to this behaviour?

Well since we are on a long distance with each other and he is silent because another girl flirted with him and brainwased him. In the end they are now couple. The flirt girl suceeded with her plan. Congrats to them.

Hi guys, my ex said she hates me but then was seeing my family and staying over and having dinner with them, she dropped some stuff of mine to me and gave me a cuddle when she left but still is acting blunt when texting and doesn't text first I haven't mentioned i still have feeling its only been 2 months since breakup and about a month with hardly any contact untill the last week or so, finding it very confusing as she seems she doesn't want nothing to do with me but then every now and then will do something thag makes me think otherwise

Hi Coach Alex, Can you please suggest to me what can I do in my current situation. I had this lovely and understanding girl we were in a relationship with for 4 years but in the recent past 10 months, I was neglecting her due to my own life problems. I was not telling her what was my problem because it was a very serious one and I needed her to focus on her exams. So I said that understand me that I can't tell you now what the problem is and was not able to talk nicely as we're used to doing. Also, I was losing my confidence due to this I started doubting her that she might be talking to someone else and she was always telling me she can not even think about it but I was at a very critical emotional stage of my life , was doubting her continuously. And on my birthday she broke up with me she was saying she has no feelings for me and doesn't love me anymore. And as I was emotionally weak, I started to beg and plead with her to be with me, and I know that was my biggest mistake. after that, I wrote a nice paragraph explaining how she was right and I was not understanding her at that moment, I explained what was my problem and she said she has sympathy for me but not the feelings that she was having when we were in a relationship. And said it was okay not to talk for such a long period nicely but doubting was one thing she got frustrated with and just couldn't handle anymore. After that, I gave her 7 days and I went on no contact but a day prior to our so called meeting anniversary I sent her audio messages, explaining my situation further and promising her that I won't be doubting her again, but again she said she has no feeling and she talked to my mom for the first time as our parents were not knowing about our relationships, then after talking for a while, she said that she will text me after 2 days after thinking but she didn't and so I also didn't text her it got automatically no contact of 28 days and I just contacted her today with the accountability letter on text. But she hasn't seen it yet I also was able to transform myself in this period and in that letter she can clearly see that. Can you please help me with this, I really want her back I love her soo much.

I know it’s so hard for you right now but you don’t want to put your girlfriend on a pedestal and make a goddess and worship her. Because that only makes you more insecure and needy in her eyes. The more you care about her right now and NEED her to love ❤️ you the more you can push her away! I know this is horrible to hear but it’s true. All people pick up insecurity and neediness and weakness from so far away. Instead of having any compassion it pushes them away. You need to completely work on yourself and build yourself up so strong 💪 and present and outside image that you don’t even need this girl at all! At that very moment is the moment when she will be interested in you again! When you DO NOT NEED HER! You do not have to tell this girl how much you love her or apologize anymore. Just start acting like you care MORE ABOUT YOURSELF and less about her! LOVE ❤️ YOURSELF! FALL IN LOVE 🥰 WITH YOURSELF AND SHE WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH YOU! But it must be genuine! This can totally happen! She will chase you!
