yes it is i thought i did enough self love self development work but this weekend ive become so desperate and clingy for her and i said something that really upset her she said just go tf away that im an asshole but she was ignoring me and it was driving me crazy. i do love her very much and want things to work but she couldve told me shes been busy.
Been practicing law of attraction for 13 years. I've gotten everything I deeply wanted. Some times it took years, some times there were side steps, some times it felt like I'd never make it to see the days. This is a tough situation, but I've done my best to stay absolutely faithful.

My ex after 12 years 2 children, left me for a much much younger woman within the 4 months he left i found out she was 4 months pregnant. For the first year i tortured myself mentally. But as time went on i am working hard to get the hurt out its so hard its the hardest thing i ever have to do. But watching these types of videos helps. I cant see my ex ever coming back after he had a baby with her. 😞

just for reassurance, letting go of them and the baggage of the relationship creates room for them to come back right? I’m scared that letting go of the hurt is goodbye forever hence I’m clinging onto the hurt. Also, how will our exes know we’ve moved on?

You can get through it.. it's very hard but things will get better. Don't give up on yourself and fight to get through everyday. Focus on yourself and things that YOU CAN CHANGE. It's been 2 years now that I loss my ex of almost 9 years.. I've known her for over 12.. she was already over me when she ended it and got with someone else not even a month after we broke up (they are still together).. it was so hard and I didn't have many friends anymore at that time . So I was literally ALONE. I'm fine now.. things have got better and get better everyday.. within these past 2 years I've tried no contact maybe 3 times.. never went longer than a month before giving in. Now I told her on new years Eve (we've talked almost the whole 2 years) that I'm ready to start the new year and leave the past in the past.. that means letting go of anything to do with her and I am just finally ready. If we meet again one day, that's great.. but I just need to move on, its over. I'm ready to be happy again.
Think about it and let go, I always have my Sp!!
Believe it or not , it happened more than two times this month .. I think about reaching out to someone and that someone texts me one or two days after. Except my ex haha

He kept leaving me and cheating on me with “ friends” and exes that were going through breakups. We dated for a year and a half. I was the trophy girlfriend who he parades with to family and friends and had living with him. He always had those side dependent friends. It’s almost like he has a hero mentality. Everytime we broke up he slept with one of them and then they both decided not to be lovers. That’s when he came back to me. This time he couldn’t be honest about removing those in appropriate friendships. He professed his love to me, asked for me back , and lied to me. We ended and he went out to party and blocked me because I called him out on all the lies. Will he come back if it’s an up and down relationship cycle and he is now “friends “with his toxic ex that he recently rebounded with and couldn’t leave? He chose her friendship over us rebuilding... even though he asked for it! Why did he do that?
I let go I let her in but she haven't came in all I want her Is' to be happy if she got with someone after are break up all I want her is to find the right one I hope she find right one we all deserve to find are love love is so dangerous but also is blessing it's was hard for me to let go my ex and let her back in I always told my self to close the door open the new door so her and I could start a new chapter in life its on her now if she wants to go through that door there a big sign that's said it's open
Letting go is so hard... I am not sure what to do I'm going though a 4 year breakup and its been 4 1/2 months since we she left and seems like she felt the love going away or if not that it was more that she felt I was not pitching in the right way. I have 1 friend that works nights and weekends and my 2 other live with their wife's/gfs I don't have anyone to go out with or be social with I dont even know how to make friends again to keep me busy.
Its so hard to let go bc i always call/text and want to hang out with her but she says its overwhelming. When I ask if she still loves me she says yes but just doesn't want to get back together because she wants to be happy and is afraid that I will go back to my old ways...
I am feeling that it's starting to be too late to get her back as i feel she is getting more distant idk if its because of the overwhelming bit that i am causing her to feel.

Didn’t work, he went out and married another.

My ex has been blowing me up, not to get back together, just to "see how i was doing because shes worried". Not sure if its true, however she talked to a mutual friend and she was askin how i was doin, said she was worried aboit me. She hasnt talked to anyone including that friend about her feelings. I did end up talkinnto her barely after a few days of waiting and ignoring calls and texts. She said shes very depressed, and got diagnosed for a bunch of stuff by psychiatrists sometime recently. She said shes depressed and wants to die. I dont really know how to handle this. Nothing was mentioned about getting back together and she apologized for ghosting me.
So wonderfull advised. I like him go after I fund he live with young girl for his money, I beleive in karma as he said I am the one will take care of him when he is old age, do you think he will come back after he get bored with his young girl who controlled his life??
I let him go. A couple weeks later he called and we agreed to spend some time together. He never showed up to pick me up. He didn't call or text. So I just went back into no contact. Is he even worth it since he didn't even bother to contact me to cancel?
I would of texted him and asked why he didn’t pick you up and give him the chance to explain himself. That way you would be more clear on what his intentions were and for you to make the decision wether or not he’s worth it or not . I think communication is very important nowadays. Good luck 👍🏻

I got back with my ex after two weeks of no contact, now she is saying that she don't love me but just talking to me bcz she don't want me to be upset. This might be a pretty long comment but its just a backstory leading into now. My ex i was with from the time we were 16 till just 1 month ago (im 22 now) so we were together for 6 years, she one day decided she didn't want to be together because she wasn't happy with me and wanted to move out and eventually did. It took me a long time to really understand it and take it all in and ive been back and forth talking with her for a while, im not at all ready to move on but she is, and I want her back, every time I talk to her she asks "what if I'm with someone else in the future" in response to most things I say, I can never really figure out what to tell her after that. Any advice?

Sorry to repeat comment. My ex reached out a couple of hours ago being very matter of fact to tell me they had tied up some loose ends regarding bills in the shared rental i left. Im in day 10 of no contact. We had already discussed her tying those things up before i left so it feels like she didnt really need to reach out about it. Sorry that this question doesnt relate to the video topic but im really stumped. Ex thinks i was somewhat emotionally unavailable but in our last week living together i took the kill with kindness approach and we spent a lot of good time together. Im 7 days into no contact but ive got cold feet about whether i should actually be doing so or not with those things in mind.
