DIY anti rotation spoke holding tool

Spoke windup can be a problem particularly when building with light gauge spokes, but I have gotten in the habit of using the Twist Resist tool all the time, and find it very effective at controlling windup. In this video, I demonstrate how to make your own tool.

Thanks for the video and I’m all about repurposed items but if I have to buy a new tool the actual spoke holder is roughly the same price as the 4th hand tool and I don’t have to modify anything

Tig weld the worn bit up on that old tool and a bit of a clean up be good as new!

good but dont best. you could do 2in1 tools.
