question about this, what if the spoke tension is loose but the aero spoke is already perpendicular, and when i want to tighten the spoke, the aero spoke isnt perpendicular anymore, does that mean that i have to choose between right spoke tension but not aero or aero but loose spoke tension? Thanks.
Hold the blade as you tighten. If the blade moved, bring the blade back to aligned by turning the nipple and blade together. Another option is the CSH-1. www.parktool.com/en-us/product/clamping-spoke-holder-csh-1
Rock & Roll! Being a mechanic & sometimes needing a confirmation as I dont have the BSH4. And awesome as I didnt have to waste 15 minutes of my time to get a simple answer to asinple question! Now my wheel will be a wind cheater, NOT an egg beater!

Any advice on what to do when the spoke turns together with the nipple no matter if you hold it with the tool?
Yep, my bladed spokes seem to be bonded to the nipple. Also, if one were to move the spoke and nipple together in order to straighten the spoke (as shown in the video), the wheel will go out of true.
I have the same problem. I think it's having an aluminium nipple on a steel spoke. They react/ corrode and fuse together.
With brass nipples you don't get this problem.
Try wd40.

Is it possible to replace a broken bladed spoke with a round one?
I did change from bladed to round, just because it was a nightmare adjust the bladed type. All that matters is the length I guess.

What about blade spokes with internal nipples?
I would assume you do it the same way, you hold the blade in position, except you have to use a screw driver to tighten the spoke from the inside of the rim.

Carbon flat spoke is tight and nipple moves spoke. What kind of oil to loosen nipple?
The carbon spoke will not have carbon fiber threads. The threads will be either aluminum or steel. Use a light lubricant, like a chain lube.

How can misure tension in bladed?
You can measure the spoke tension of a bladed spoke with our TM-1.

The section of spoke being tested needs to be flat. If you type the dimensions of the CX ray spoke into the Wheel tension App on our website you will get a chart for that spoke.

i doubt in efficiency of aero spoke because even if it is on proper angle, on some position when wheel is rotating, air goes over wider side of spoke, so it seams is better to have round spoke because air always goes over round surface
Good thing I found about this video and your comment. I'm about to buy spokes for my custom wheelset. And going to local bike shop can be pain especially on rainy season. I guess I'll stay on normal rounded spokes for a while
