I took a test ride on both speed as well as scrambler . Both have very good power and superb handling wise . I m 5”10” and I personally loved the below things abt scrambler over speed 1. Comfortable seating and ride quality . You feel more commanding with scrambler 2.when we buy bike we buy it for atleast 7-8 years . I have few friends who got speed 400 as they use it more for city commute but after a year they had few regrets that scrambler could do more offside and bad roads as well along with city 3. Suspension on bad roads with scrambler is better . Speed 400 will feel Smaller for anyone more than 5”8” 4. Road presence is better with scrambler than speed . Speed looks small 5. Scrambler looks bigger and more meaty I personally wanted to book speed 400 but after test ride loved scrambler more and booking it now
Height 5.6 which one will b good most of the time will be using for going to the office which is like 20 km one way and on weekend might take a spin for about 400/500 km
I am a die hard fan of dominar 400, which one will be able to replace the dominar 400..? 1) speed 400 2) triumph scrambler 400 3) himalayan 450 4) your recommendation I am a 5”11” guy
Hello I'm planning to give triumph speed 400 as gift for my brother's birthday he is 6 feet tall and weighs 80 kgs, and im bit confused which bike suits him better speed or scram? And also I thought for his personality BMW g310 rr will be good
Hey… that great!! Go for Scram instead on Speed as it is a tall rider motorcycle and much more comfortable. G310 when stacked against the Triumph is underpowered and the refinements levels are slightly low. But yeah you do get the BMW badge if that helps
Speed 400 would be a bit short bike for your brother with 6 feet height. You can check out scrambler 400x instead which would be more comfortable for him to ride.
Hi guys need a suggestion to make decision i have pre booked triump scram 400x it is expected to be 3.10 in chennai on price but show room guys are saying that if i book speed 400 now i can get it at 265000 on road .....my purpose is city use mainly and little bit of off round and twice or thrice long ride(within 1000 to and fro).....i can save 50k if i buy speed 400 should i wait for scram or i can go with speed if i go speed can i do off roading and can i observe all bad patches of the round and also i am 5.6 (167cm) i can ride xpluse without issues can height in scram 400x be a issue
I would recommend you to wait for Scram 400x to be available for test ride in your nearest Triumph showroom. Take informed decision by test riding both the bikes.
imho, get the speed 400.. scram will barely make a difference for your scenario and cost 50k more. Suzuki Vstrom might also be a good option if you are ok with the seat height (same as scram, 835mm).
Since you didn't mention the handle bars height and their width, i assume it is the same on both bikes. I really wish i could interchange those suspension and other parts and mod it to be like the other.
If you want a proper adventure bike then go for Himalayan 450 otherwise scrambler 400x is all round bike, whether you ride in city, slight offroad or highway.
sometimes it feels all the companies in india deliberately make designs which never feel satisfying to the soul. Only royal Enfield has cracked it so far. Not even a single bike gives you that complete satisfaction under 500cc.. it's only Enfield and bmw 310gs
With a gap of ₹30K which one would you pick?
I will buy dominar 400😊 Domi is a beast and bulk .....
Scrambler
CB500F😊😊😊
Those who were looking big one 😅 🤞🏻

Yes no bulky bikes as such like proper street fighters........but I like cb 300f though looks an international design.

Thanks 🤗
Good job explaining
Thank you! Keep watching.
Can we put Scrambler's wheels on speed??
No
Which 1 will be best for daily routine
Daily Speed.. but if you are tall then scram does it all!
Which is better?
It depends on what you are looking for
Scram for sure ❤
I am 5'10 for which bike should i go? Like which bike would be easy for me to handle?
Same question here from a 6'1 guy
Scrambler is just better. Only downside is that it got 140 sec and speed got 150 sec reae tyre
@@divyanshsinghdev you will be comfortable enough and would be able to flat foot easily
for all the 5'10+ can easily go for scram if you like it... for someone below that height will have to tip-toe
@@LauraLasan69 the profile of the tyre is completely different
