Breakouts only work 20% of the time. Risk management is the name of the game for this strat. got to keep ontop of the stops. You wouldn't buy until confirmation, so don't position in on the first candle breaking through - buy the opening range of the next day for confirmation. This can also work for EP's. Also momentum is just Volume so instead of waiting for 3 candles or one large you can just watch volume levels and see if they are engulfing.

Volume means the amount of people buying or selling at the same time , you can have bullish trend for example but the volume of the trades are weak , and suddenly comes a lot of people who want to sell at the same time so this volume will make a HUGE red candle

I love the way you break down the content and explain everything in detail. The videos are easy to follow.
The issue is most people have the "I want to do it myself mentality" but not equipped enough for a crash, hence get burnt, no offense. In general, invt-advisors are ideal reps for investing jobs, and at firsthand encounter, since Jan,2020, amidst covid outbreak, my portfolio has yielded nearly 300%, summing up to 7-figure as of today.

I always found the idea of using spreadsheets very time consuming and unnecessary. I just dump a bunch of money into my savings accounts each month and keep my spending money in a separate account and try to spend as little as possible.

We prefer simple stories, which are easy but often devilishly misleading. the mentor I'm working with, made me know there is no faster way to feel rich than to spend lots of money on really nice stocks. I totally agree with what you are saying.... If there is one thing I have learned in recent months it is to remain calm, especially when it comes to investments in cryptocurrencies. Learn not to sell in a panic when everything goes down and not to buy in euphoria when everything goes up. I advise y'all to forget predictions and start making a good profit now because future valuations are all speculations and guesses. Bitcoin going up is good for the entire market and you can not tell if it's going bearish or bullish. I Would say More emphasis should be put into day trading as it is less affected by the unpredictable nature of the market.I have made over 19btc from day trading with Rachael Campbell insights and signals.... in less than one months,this is one of the best medium to backup your assets incase it goes bearish.....

Got to watch the volume on these break outs, too. You need supporting volume/interest to support your decision. But, great video.
It surprises me why everybody gets really worked up about inflation and inflation data. Inflation has always existed, and people have been using investments to beat the inflation. The stock market return, for example, always beats inflation. I heard of someone who invested $121k last October, and has grown the portfolio by more than $400k. I need recommendations that can give me similar return.
I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $21k passively by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Inflation or no inflation, my finances remain secure. So I really don't blame people who panic...
I think this is something I should do, but I've been stalling for a long time now. I don't really know which firm to work with; I feel they are all the same.

My impression is that only the large hedge funds and banks have the financial wherewithal and resources to do so. So not sure if going to read up more will produce any net positive benefits for those who don't have these at their disposal.
@@Dougrime lesson here, don't trade. You're up against far more sophisticated people who spent decades applying peer reviewed literature to build insanely complex models for you to come and say "Oh look, it's an aquarius pattern - BUY!"
@@saymyname7412 I'll agree most traders get rekt as they don't know how much manipulation happens every day of the week by the big boys washing out Joe Schmoe retails traders (100 pt wick anyone?), providing them exit liquidity. Also aware of the litany of orders that happen in seconds by algo's that you're never going to out-trade. I do, however know people who make 400K-$1MM/yr trading but are in/out fairly fast and use very few indicators. From what I I've seen in the last 20yrs, for most folks, the only profitable strategy is buy & hold/swing tradw where you're in a longer-term position with sufficient capital(emphasis here) to withstand intraday swings,. Anyways, wish you the best.

The problem we have is because Most people always taught that " you only need a good job to become rich " . These billionaires are operating on a whole other playbook that many don't even know exists.

The wisest thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different streams of income that doesn't depend on government paycheck, especially with the current economic crisis around the world. This is still a time to invest in Stocks, Forex and Digital currencies.
I also keep seeing lot's of people testifying about how they make money investing in Stock, Forex and Crypto Trade(Bitcoin) and I wonder why I keep loosing. Can anyone help me out or at least advice me on what to do.
Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others. As an investor, you should've known that by now that nothing beats experience and that's final. Personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to $35k, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again.

Hey there, I have been trading for about a few months now and just about every trade slaps me in my face. Nearly impossible for me to catch more than a few points . I try to do top down analysis and MTF analysis, but it doesn't work for me . I say to myself, clearly I'm in the 90% that lose money, so I open a demo account, do my analysis, then take the opposite of what I would normally take(I know, it sounds stupid but I was desperate) and get the same result. I'm starting to feel hopeless, any advice for a struggling trader?

Lack of trading discipline is the primary reason for intraday trading losses, intraday traders end up losing money in the market. Experiencing losses doesnt mean you should give up. My advise to new beginners is trade with a platform.

That break out worked as a hindsight play but holy shit. So much risk. I would never take that crazy trade. Optimal entry is at the brake of the second higher high.

Hey thank you for the awesome vid. I was wondering. Why not just use chandelier for exit from when you enter and avoid taking profits at the1.5 mark?
The 1.5 is for taking guaranteed profit. Sometimes the chandelier can be a lagging indicator and give you a bad exit. It should only be used for the extra gravy.

a day timeframe is more preferable in general. going any lower on the timeframe makes it more hectic and time consuming

A really lovely video and love the voice and illustration (and the comedy memes in between). The only MAJOR issue with this video is that it is LACKING the mention of WHAT is the time frame (TF) of each candle or the chart itself???!!! is it a ONE HOUR or 15 MINUTE or 5 MINUTE momentum chart / candle? Are the 3 successive small green candles on the 1 hour or 3 minute or 1 minute or 4 hour time frame? This is crucial to mention, else it invalidates the entire strategy, and it cannot be relied upon. Because you can see 3 small green candles on the 1 - 5 minute chart, but they still show as a small green candle on the 15 or 30 or 60 minute chart! Please kindly correct and keep up the great work on these videos! :)

SIR, When trading forex with daily support/resistance levels trades get executed infrequently--so next choice is S/R 4 H chart levels, as directional bias & 15M chart price action live execution. Anyone recommends putting standing orders at 15M,S/R levels in direction of 4H trend in 6-8 forex pairs every day & SIT. After all at S/R levels odds of TRADING EDGE are still better than even, Each order has stop loss but no TP--need your wisdom.
Great tutorial - nicely done. I notice you do not mention volume anywhere in the tutorial. You did mention momentum candle which can be construed as price x volume (much in the same way that physical momentum is mass x velocity), but I seriously doubt novices would be able to meaningfully pick a momentum candle without a decent understanding of the context within which to identify such a candle. For example, the trader would need to to understand average volumes, what constitutes above average volumes, a bit of price-action theory and plently more.
The issue I personally have is that we have all these tutorials trying to fit price-action curves into a small set of patterns and I feel we ignore volume in almost all of them.
Think of volume as the 'effort' expended to give rise to higher prices. You can have high price rises on low volume which, as most traders know, means nothing. You are almost certain to have a reversal.
If on the other hand, you have above average volume over say a couple of days, along with a price rise, you can almost be certain that the next few days or so will show a price rise as a lagged effect of that volume 'effort'.
Never underestimate the importance of volume in trading. I never do.
I have seen price-action where the price rises a whopping 15-20% on extremely small volumes, and crashes the next day true to form.
