first time watching your video but I can strongly declare that you're an ICT student... and.... me too!
False. I started trading in Forex in late January, Im self taught in a lot of things so I'm big on research and reading to gain a base then I watch videos to supplement past actual grinding said thing. At no point did I learn or hear about ICT until youtube, yet my trading strategy is of Price action with a focus on support and resistance trading.
That is the base of whoever or whatever this ICT is. It's not some new found thing but a sound strategy repackaged to sell to you. That is how dropshipping works, that is how anything online works for courses. You don't need them, everything is online and has been done before, a course simply fast tracks you... but as a person who has made money in many online things, trading is the only one where no one can teach you shit. You have to trade.
As I said, I started in January, grinding everyday to create a sound strategy rooted in proven success. Forward tested over 200 times before I even knew what backtesting was, did that 100 times. Opened a demo, grinded that for a WHILE to get psychology down, I was doing stupid shit. I wanted to do a prop firm challenge due to low funds but everyone was shaky on companies hosting them in Forex and Im new so I just used my same strategy for Futures and tweaked it. By April 5th I secured a funded account on TopStep on my first try in under a week, then blew it before I got to payout. Back to the drawing boards, a month later and 2 resets, I got it again. Overconfident, degen trading habits came back and blew it. Im on the next one from that now. Ive been practicing in Demos, taking my greens and leaving unrealized gains on the table. I keep swinging for $1.5k runs on NQ, I avg $1k with an 80% win percentage, but with my results im learning stats don't mean shit.. You can win 40% of the time and have a huge bank account. So, grind I shall, but there is no ICT here bro.

Ive never heard veteran traders call these levels "liquidity", ive heard "price levels" mostly. Tho liquidity is bigger around these areas, I've just heard price levels the most or even "tops and bottoms", which Paul Tudur Jones says in the "Market Wizards" book.
He is teaching ICT concepts, the levels have stop losses on there which is why price will usually reverse after hitting that point as it engineers agressive buying/selling
But yeah price levels basically are the same word for it
