I don’t need to explain this, it’s named Ambusher for a reason. 5 - Guardian should be able to deal extra stamina damage when an enemy blocks their jab (that way they can open up better), as well as get a greater stamina pool for blocking. Thank you for this video
so for the most part the archer and knight are the same from chiv 1 bht the vanguard and footman ( what would be man at arms) got both very mixed into each other in a bunch of class options
During what I played I unlocked pretty much everything for every class except archer, I'm just watching this vid cuz I like them
I like how they are focusing on a more of a class-based gameplay over Chiv 1 and Mordhau. I think this will set the game apart from these previous titles.
Yeah, it's a nice way for it to stand out, abit more rpg/moba like. It'll be interesting to see how it's balanced out later.
I hope they add more factions
Definitely they should add more. And add bigger game mode that allows conquest on bigger scale, like medieval Planetside 2
It’s annoying I hate the look of the Footman, but the spear is my favourite weapon. Hopefully they add a couple cosmetics for each class at launch. Also. For the Order
Can't wait for this game
Louie (or anyone who wants to answer) do you think Chivalry 2 will kill Mordhau? And if it is really bad do you think a lot of people will return to Mordhau?
I think the games are different enough that they both will have their own followership.
@@KingLouie111 ok
Skirmisher and ambusher sound fun.
I would love to play this game but I'm not a PvP type of person
Not sure if it's the servers or people leaving but the amount of bots that end up in your team about halve way through.
Can the knights shield break as well? If so do you just restock to get it back?
As a new player, thanks
Good job Thankyou
It's so unfortunate that it's an epic games exclusive because it's probably gonna be a ghost town within a year.
Well one year is exactly how long it'll take to release on steam so
@@sirpuffball6366 Yeah very convenient I guess because by then it will probably be bug free and fairly balanced
@@1810jeff yeah, i've learned to just think of epic exclusives as extending beta times.
how the fuck do they expect me to buy something on that launcher, the other day i tried to buy a small game on it and the launcher froze and even refused to be closed, had to kill the process, i was laughing my ass off. and theres many more examples.
@@Mentat13 Interesting little fact about the epic games store most devs end up regretting signing the exclusivity because their sales take a massive hit this happened to the new metro game they barely sold any copies until it hit steam then they made bank.
@@1810jeff yeah no shit, i wonder why devs still sign that deal, epic store has such a bad reputation, nearly on ubisoft level ^^ but i guess they sign it for free money to polish the game and then proprerly launch it on some other platform. as a dev myself i would have a hard time letting my baby out on something like epic, they must pay really good
I feel like the skirmisher would be subpar
Now that the open beta is here I can say you are correct, you're still a crappy Archer who cant get hit more than twice but now with a shield that breaks in 3 hits and none of the range. You're better off going Ambush Vangaurd and grabbing a shield from someone.
@@Cruddyhorse nah archers are pretty good because of how far you can shoot away
@@erroneouse1929 I didn't mean Archers as a whole are bad, I just meant in Melee you're pretty crappy and it's the last place you wanna be, having a small shield and a slightly better melee weapon selection doesn't change that.
I'll play Longbow/Crossbow all day though.
Is this game any good meant to be free on ps plus next week lol
It's pretty fun
Its fun af and challenging
