So basically a guy sees some keepers, he is told to build the PaP and does it. He builds a metal vessel and PaPs it. Then he PaPs his mother and she becomes the house ghost that everyone hates. Then the whole town is buried underneath a mining operation in Africa and he boards himself in his room. The zombies tear down the door and eat his ass out and right after that happens the Victis crew arrive to fuck shit up. What a story.
actually, the mining wasn't there when the city teleported, that was probably build by 935, there is a radio of richtofen when he says they retrieve the pack a punch from the city
