all thanks for the expensive motherboard with full cover on it, there are lots of drops splashed on those shield otherwise the liquid should have shorted some thing
I mean the normal situation is to work at the end if you clean all the parts and dry them. Expensive parts are often durable. He would be unlucky if his parts could not work after the cleaning. So i would not call that rly lucky. I don't think these liquids are that extremely harmful to the components. Yes they can kill them but not directly , if you see that fast enough.
Why not?, liquid coolants are not conductive, cpu and gpu´s shut it off at the max temps so there is no chance to get damages. The only thing is that you have to do all this clean work wich it´s a pain in the ass.
You are insane! I really love to watch your videos! Please keep up your great work. Everything you do arround PC building and share with us is so much appreciated! Man, you are awesome, Thank you 💪🔥
We had a friend who really needed his pcs taken care of, not sure if this is a series we will continue or not but it was certainly worth sharing with everyone to see if theu enjoyed it
Love some good PC cleaning videos, really good work on the cleaning and upgrade solution (clear coolant for the win). Thanks for the video, and I'd say he was lucky the solution in the coolant didn't dye the acrylic. Water cooling is pretty awesome but most people forget the maintenance and to keep an eye on everything, thankfully he didn't loose both his motherboard and nvme drives.
what is that spray liquid that you are using for remove the color from the loop parts. Sometimes its so hard to remove from acrilics or cooper parts. In the video looks really easy to work with.
what solution do you spray to take off the stains? this has been my problem with the blood red and scarlet red cryofuel on my systems i can't seem to remove the stains.
I started building by learning as much as I can about water cooling PC. Built two hard tubes and will admit have made mistakes. Watching and doing sometimes is not what you thought, but this only made me better at building and maintaining my precious designs.
Im about to completely disassemble my loop for the 1st time. What is safe to use to clean the acrylic? Windex, alcohol or just soap?.. thanks in advance.
As much as I like and made pcs of my own with hardline tubes and more boutique fluids like ek solid or primochill vue, I learned to turn more to soft tubing and clear liquid and use rgb reservoirs and such.
Maybe flat black paint to touch up the rear pump mount holes. As for the screws on GPU water blocks, use Dremel to make flat head cuts so they can be removed and replace the screws. What company sold this build?
@@DesignsByIFR Please check xflow radiators, they are best for such heavy systems, no flow restriction and going from CPU block > Top rad > reservoir near front panel goes with 1/3 pipe used. And they are easier for air removal and keeping zero bubles in system. p.s. parallel GPU block connection has twice less resistance then series connection, impacting overall flow speed
Any chance you can list the chemicals you used for the metals and the plastics? What was the magic blue fluid you were spraying? Haven't taken apart my loop for 18 months now and need to prepare!
Yep tap water is fine for cleaning, its not fine for running it in the system though because it is conductive and carries metal minerals which would speed up corrosion process
if you don't have time or don't know how to clean your loop. Dont go with pastel/soild liquids. I clean mine every couple of months and love doing it but if i didn't have time, id just throw clear liquid in for way less maintenance and have no issues like this
i think the crack is due to water being overheat, happen to my CPU waterblock, it had crack after doing cinebench with temp over 95c, only then i found out my pump not running but after poweroff and restart my pump is working properly. had to replace my block it had crack on all 4 screw hole
The owner is an incredibly lucky person. With all that leaking and non functioning pump and the pc is still alive.
all thanks for the expensive motherboard with full cover on it, there are lots of drops splashed on those shield

Incredibly lazy 😂

Thanks!
Awsome work Corey. Huge turnaround.
Thanks!
I absolutely love this video. Super helpful for beginners. Also the instrumentals are on point. Great video!!!
Thanks!
It's OOYY- Gelatin Nature!
I'm impressed that all the blue build up was so easy to remove, even in the res tube.
Yeah, windex eats that stuff up

Hi there, what did you use to clean up the stains from the acrylic part of the block and the block as well??
Windex glass cleaner
@@DesignsByIFR thanks for the tip!!

I start with windex glass cleaner. It removes it so easily
This was awesome to watch. Seeing how you cleaned it was super cool.
Thanks
Excellent job bro. 👏 Yes continue with this series! I'm sure your client will be pleased with the job you did. 😀
This is so satisfying to watch. Just amazing work.

I like it how you help people that have no clue of watercooling
Thank you
@Designs By IFR What did you use to do the deep cleaning, I would like to know myself as well if possible to make those purchase for those cleaners
I used windex glass cleaner, it actually reacts well with coolant and removes most stains
I liked this alot more than Greg Salazars PCDC series. Keep it up!
Thanks!
Awesome job on the deep cleaning and reassembly of the PC! :)
Your work never stops to amaze me... I have really learn alot from your channel 👍👍👍💪
Thanks!
what solution do you spray to take off the stains? this has been my problem with the blood red and scarlet red cryofuel on my systems i can't seem to remove the stains.
I used windex glass cleaner, some times it gets too stained and nothing will work apart from a good sand and polish
May I know the solution you sprayed on the acrylic to clean it? Thank you.
Windex
Great movie! More of these from the cleaning of the set, please!
Thanks!

Noob question: what was the spray you used to clean the cpu block/water cooling parts? It seemed to make quick work out of the residue
Would love to know also.
Windex glass cleaner
Why not parallel connection on GPU? Top card is being fed from output port, do temps differ?
Nope the whole loop reaches equilibrium, i wanted more flow

Awesome. I needed this video for when I drain my loop! What did you use to clean the blocks and pump res?
Windex
18:04 how can you get that or is that installed on the motherboard?
Surprised you didn't keep the evenly distributed flow through the GPU's but very clean build in the end.
I didn’t understand with the cards 🤔 Thermal paste. You didn’t change it ? Great video and work as always! 💪
We explained what happened
Amazing fix and transformation. Never used water cooling myself so how often would it need cleaning like this?
Well i like to do it once a year for changing the liquid but it its looking bad before then then id just do it
awesome job dude!!! can't wait to build my first water cooled system
Loved this. Good job.
Kindly tell me For cleaning.
Which chemical are you using ?
For paste and blocks cleaning.
I have the same problem with my pc, with what liquid did you clean everything???
I used windex glass cleaner and sometimes isoprophel alcohol on certain materials
is it ok to use spring water on the radiators because on the pipes it will leave mineral deposit great video by the way love your content
!!
You can use any water you like as long as you flush it with distilled water afterwards
Wondering what solution your using in the spray bottle?
Windex
love the video very informative 👌
Thank you!
great video as always, was wondering what solution do you typically use for cleaning various components?
Ahh varies but mostly windex glass cleaner
@@DesignsByIFR interesting, thank you!
Could I ask what sort of cleaner you are using here? Is it just Windex? Beautiful meticulous work.
I love your pc builds I always recomend your channel to friends who loves pc builds
Thank you
I had one question, where are you guys situated? I know its in Australia but what state?
NSW
may i ask what you have used to clean the inside of radiators? I´ve got some dirty ones too
Nice video, very satisfying for me. 😊👌
Thanks!
What cleaning agent do you use for cleaning? I'm not sure if you said in the video.... Apologies
What chemicals do you recommend to clean the cpu and gpu vs the rads?
loved the video ;D

Ooo yes get it clean!
so cool, ♥️ Love it

wait did you use tap watewr to clean radiators? I was always under impression that can cause damage and should only be clean with distilled?
Yep tap water is fine for cleaning, its not fine for running it in the system though because it is conductive and carries metal minerals which would speed up corrosion process
What was the model number of the monitor at the beginning of the video
It is msi 35th anniversary limited edition monitor
As always Good job 👍👍

Thank you.
This is amazing 👏

Rly, you think m2 thermal pads no need to be replaced? Maybe in this case you should put back owners thermalpaste back?
Would you please give me the google drive/download link of the live spaceman wallpaper you used previously? I loved it.
Nice content,Good job and keep it up
Thanks!
Good stuff, i would suggest AIO for newbies, custom only if you know how to maintain it.
Can you mix and match cpu blocks and reservoirs?
What liquid do you use to clean? Just soapy water?
Been waiting for this haha
Hehe
I could watch pc build clean vids all day!!!

can i use the pump with reservoir in the PSU cover without the reservoir support?
