- This week we get a huge sand delivery in anticipation of building our outdoor kitchen and continuing some renovation projects. We also decide to start building an outdoor dining table when we discover the style of the tables we like are ridiculously expensive…..

Normally we would have but we have stairs at the front door and back so that makes using a wheel barrow a bit too tricky also 😊 hopefully kitchen. Hold starting next

Haha yes and ongoing but the ones we saw for sale that were similar were around 20 thousand euros can you believe it!!

We’ve been working on our soil quality for a while! It’s getting good now :) table will be so useful as we are outside most of the time enjoying the sunny weather here

Ok, some1 said that already. Anyway, u use wood to get over stairs with wheelbarrel. U had a good workout tho😁👍

Thank you. Yes we were considering it a few months back but gave ourselves some rest time and time to think about what we really wanted and decided we love our village and home here too much. We are going to try and save up for some future projects rather than uproot ourselves again and we will keep working on this little house to make it as lovely as possible :)

I feel the pain as we’ve done so many (tight budget) projects. I’ve come to learn and understand the turning point. That point at which you know it on a slide to completion. Then you start seeing the fruit of your work…❤
Yes absolutely! We start to feel the courtyard work coming to it’s final stages soon which is really nice. Still there is work to be done as always 😊
