- Hey guys! In this video Jonathan & I tell our stories of the best & worst press we've done over the years. There have been a few shockers, lol! Including the one time I walked off a TV show! For privacy of others, we haven't revealed any names of journalists or publications...the purpose of this video is not to shame or throw shade at anyone. We're simply sharing our experiences over the past ten years! We've been through a lot and we're just normal people...I thought you guys would like to hear some of our stories. Also please bear in mind that although some experiences have been negative, a lot of them have been really great. xoxo Anna

The people who watch this love you. They love you for who you both are. They will not care what an interviewer says about you. It doesn’t matter what some random person says about you. Your true fans who love ur videos will watch and love you anyway. They are the ones that matter not the trolls or the idiots or the newspapers.

For real! We know what they’re like more than the journalists do. Journalists only watch snippets to prepare
You don’t ‘know these people’ you can enjoy an influencer but, please take into account that they’re all edited too.

This was really interesting to know about your stories with the press, u should definitely do more story time vlogs I really enjoy them. I love it when Anna and Jonathan chat to the camera I'm like Anna I'm a genuine person I like to be nice to people I can't be horrible sometimes I think I'm a bit naive sometimes. this is why I like u too because u are real genuine normal people I think that's why a lot of people can relate to you 😁🙂 xx

LOL!!! It's amazing to see how you two are goofing around and you already 'decided' in the moment that you are not going to edit those parts out. So you just laugh and go on with what you were talking about without re-starting your sentence or whatever. That shows how authentic you are, I think. Loved this video, brought a big smile to my face! (which I really needed, being at home because of burn-out issues)

I found this video so interesting, I've watched you all for so many years and can say you've never changed, you've always remained the same normal family, thats the reason why I have carried on watching all these years because you don't put on a show or act, you just be yourselves and I really love watching your videos too because i always look forward to them and I always find them so interesting and inspiring. I never seem to comment on your videos, although I've been subscribed for a LONG time! But, I just have to say.... I love you guys! I love that you're real and genuine. I love that you have so much fun together and that you care so much for your family! I totally enjoy following along with what you're all up to, what Anna's cooking/baking on any given day, how the kid's are growing, how the house and property are coming along, and everything else you choose to share with us all. Please continue to be the "down to earth", "real" people that you've been. God bless you guys!!

I have worked with a fair amount of "stars" because I worked with the press (while not being press) and have found it all amusing. I've never been one to be "star struck" and being a "normal" person that can total upset some. So it becomes even more amusing to see the things they'll do or say to attempt to "impress" or annoy me with their "status". I loved watching this and smiled or laughed the whole way through. You guys are awesome. Thank you for welcoming me into your family for the past 8 years!
There's this TV show called 'The Morning Show' with Jenifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon (btw highly recommend). It really opened my eyes about the behind the scenes of these kinds of shows and that you truly don't know the people that are on your TV every day. Really interesting chat and would love to see more 💖

Loved this so interesting to hear and also to try to guess who you’re talking about haha. Loved the Stacey Dooley documentary episode though and got a sense she got you! Honestly sounds cheesy but you’re such an inspiration I love the way you both parent in your different ways (as individuals) which totally works and is a great balance. I’m always trying your meal ideas and even buying the cook books you suggest for inspiration! Can’t get enough! Just another fan out there but thought you should know 😊 xx

Great video! As much as I’m a fan that’s been watching you for years...I’m also a Publicist and I’ve been a TV Presenter and on various TV shows for years! I’d say that you’d probably love podcasts a whole lot more as they are soooo inspirational and high vibe! Podcasters don’t usually ask toxic questions and they aren’t usually negative either, they often focus on inspiring their audience! I’ve found that being a regular guest on a TV show that you like is the best way to enjoy the world of TV and as surprising as it may seem there are some really good producers and media people out there. 🎬🌸💕

This is very illuminating. I'm so glad you walked off, Anna. So often in the past, out of courtesy, I'd tolerate abuse and maltreatment. I'm working on learning to walk away from predatory, manipulative and abusive people as soon as I sense it. Thank you for sharing your experiences.

I can’t be mean to people either. Even if I know they don’t like me. I have met several local news reporters and wow , people can really put on a show in front of the camera. I was on the local news for a story many years ago and it was a live shot and the reporter literally didn’t speak to me before or after. I only talked to the producer. I was like “ohhh ok you are so fake” he seemed like the nicest guy on tv lol lesson learned
Haha omg!!! I know, I have had my heart broken by so many people I've met in real life who've not turned out to be the way they appear on screen 😞 It still takes me by surprise, even now!!
