I was thinking you could put some heavy duty logs in the front of the sauna and drive the front wheels of the tractor up onto those logs to give the front of tractor more height before you lift the bucket. Oh, I see you made a log lift contraption. Nice work, guys. Full-watch. I'm enjoying the progress. I know you'll be glad when it's done and you get to use the sauna, especially in the winter months. It’s still good and no leaks. As I thought in the beginning we should have put more dirt on the roof maybe 2 more inches which we hope to get to this summer. Most of my wife’s flowers are gone because we had a dry summer last year but native plants and weeds took over. I will eventually add a board on edge surrounding all sides to contain the dirt and also keep the sun off the black plastic. The board will probably be treated with something and will be able to be easily replaced in the future.
No need to worry the plastic is up against the chimney shroud which is only touching the class A chimney in one thin spot. You can touch class A chimney pipe with your hand.
Hmmmm? I don't know what your building. But your chimney curb should be higher than your sod. Your edging should cover the edges of your insulation.... then ice and water. Love your ideas. Have a sod roof on my outhouse. Love to tell people that's where the raspberry jam comes from...lol!
Looks like a lot of weight... did you calculate the weight of the roof plus snow load and compare to some form of load those post and beams can support? Looks great.

Plastic next to your exhaust seems like a fire hazard... Looks cool but id definitely think of something else.
