    It's so smooth and looks like it melts in the mouth! Like you showed, the key is to not whipped the cream a lot, since the gelatin purpose is to make it stable enough to hold its shape after thawing and the cream to have the best smooth creamy and airy texture possible. I'm definitely making these, since it's hard finding raspberry here, I'll try with strawberry. Great recipes as always ❤️🔥

      kadish08 it can but you would need a very secure ring of buttercream around the edge of each layer to keep it in.

      You can use any fruit you want.
      Recipes are guidelines, you should always make a recipe you're own.
      If you're just learning to cook, first make the recipe as is so you know what it should taste like. Then make it again with your own twist on it.

    Hi... I love all ur recipes .. but unfortunately almost all recipes which says eggless, used gelatine and gelatin is a non veg ingredients and so these recipes can't be used by vegetarians like us... pl do make eggless recipes without gelatin

      Why wouldn’t I use gelatine??? Many people are allergic to eggs not gelatine. This is not a vegan recipe it is an egg free recipe.
