📺 VIDEO DESCRIPTION- In this truck camper camping video I meetup to do a collaboration with the UA-camr @natmoran. She is a full time nomad overlander living full time rv living in a small travel trailer. In this camping video online we camp in the American southwest (old west) in the state of Arizona in my truck camper renovation near the small town on Willams. While living in a slide in truck camper full-time with my dog Mason we make a campfire and cook some cheeseburger in a bowl. I really enjoy when you have guests on your channel. You seemed very relaxed in this video, it was great to see.
So it is a small logging operation on flat ground. The 4 large wheel rig is called a "Skidder" usually used on flat ground with smaller logs like the Pine trees their logging. Just a note for your viewers that don't know. During rain 🌧 or melting snow they cannot run the operation without scarring the ground. So their season is just during dry times but if the humidity drops to much they will be shut down do to forest fire conditions. 🔥

The best way to roast a marshmallow is to hold it over the coals .it will brown,without burning. But don't underestimate how hot the coals are! Keep the marshmallow turning , like a rotisserie .

If anyone thats in the Williams area. The KOA east of there on hwy 40 was on undercover boss. The wife and I stayed there with our two boys around 8 years ago. We rented the mini log cabins. Well worth the stay. They even have two indoor spas and a huge swimming pool.

I live in Flagstaff and I did that lava cave years ago. Went to the end. Then on the way out, I got a bit of a panic attack and couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Cool to say I did it, but I never want to do it again. LOL 😊

I do the same thing, we call it a Cheeseburger Salad, but I use Thousand Island for dressing. You know like a Big Mac. I like that too. Sometimes I throw some pickles and onions on it too.
I used to do some spelunking, many years ago, and we always brought two flashlights each, with an extra set of batteries. This was before LEDs and we would wrap an extra light bulb in tissue and put it inside the front end of the flashlight. Can't take chances in a cave.

Some of the fallen rocks in that cave look fresh. It could be from water freezing/expanding in cracks. I'd be cautious of that.

A great neck of the woods, I really like that area, not the town of Flagstaff, but the area (the town is exploitative and up itself). I went to “Bearazona” nearby and was in company of. Lovely girl, a Native American from New Mexico. I think she had an epiphany while we were at Bearazona, I want tell you what precipitated the epiphany, but she completely changed her life after that visit.

Dog town lake is remote off a long dirt road. Beautiful place to explore
Ex logger it’s a skidder and the chains prolong the life of the tire because when they get worn they loose traction! Some are track driven like a dozer! I’ve actually seen them pull a log over four feet in diameter!
Williams is a beautiful area in Arizona. I was there during the 4th of July some years ago. Loved the area. Thanks for taking me along.
The cave is nice and cool inside. Bring multiple flashlights. In not and a flashlight goes out. One can't see a thing. Darker than dark.

When spelunking be sure to bring an oxygen meter, CO2, carbon monoxide, and hazardous gas detector with radiation detector. Could be why it was difficult to breathe at the end of the cave if you were descending some gases are heavier and will fall to the ladder end of the cave. Curious was it easier to breathe once you were coming closer to the surface just wondering, enjoy your videos take care be safe
