    Creamy, Buttery Grits:
    2 Cups of Water (+1/2 water or more/less as needed)
    1/2 Cup of Grits
    Salt
    4 Tbsp of Butter
    Cheese of Choice
    Tip:
    Keep your heat low once it has come to a boil. This will help with grits popping everywhere and will allow the grits to cook more evenly which means less grains getting caught in your teeth. Lol! Stir throughout the cooking time. Never allow the grits to sit too long without stirring in between.
