Love the video!! Amazing that they striked that balance of still making it feel like HoMM3 and keeping it playable, without making it overly complex and directly replicating the game version. Definitely a buy
The art work is as pretty as her nails. ; ) I do however think this is a great 2 player game. I can't imagine doing 4 players and everyone has to wait half an hour for their turn.
Magic cards can be played only before activating players unit card. According to this: 11:45 - player cannot use magic before defending. 14:45 - cannot use magic arrow on couterattack (this is not activation). Magic arrow is technically not adding hits to unit's attack - it is done before attack and it can e.g. target different unit.
Hey Asia, nice explenation of the rules, the game seems really interesting! However there is a mistake in 11:26. I belive you get exp after whole encounter, not every time You kill the unit.
Thank you, that was a very clear and thorough explanation of the rules. It seems to be a fairly significant streamlining of the computer game but it keeps most of the core ingredients. It’s hard to say if that’s enough to preserve the pure joy of the original game but I think personally I would really like to try it out.
Thank you for this preview. Do you have informations from the designers about the possibility of a solo or coop mode of this game? I see that an other player must control the enemies.
Thanks for the overview of gameplay. Looks like a lot of fun! The deck building aspect seems like a great way to streamline the RPG aspect into a board game. Can’t wait!
Very useful review/play through! Can't say the game system appears very elegant. Seems like a complex mashup of minigames which had led to rules and component sprawl.
it looks so much like pc game and like "Slay the spire" we have the same question : what the point spending 100 euros if we can get this game on steam for 10 ? Thx for this overview.
Not everyone plays games on Steam. I am a console gamer. Besides, it is possible to be interested in both video games AND board games. They each offer a unique experience. Playing the Resident Evil board games is just as much fun as playing the video games.
Some people either don't play video games, or only play on consoles. For board game fans it's also worth getting just for the miniatures, which are generic enough to be used in other games, like HeroQuest.
If you think this looks boring or difficult, then you aren't much of a board gamer. This is very simple and easy (especially compared to the video game) and the playtime is only 45 minutes per player. Many board games can last for hours, and are far more complex than this.
If you liked the video I would be happy if you like and subscribe. Thank you! :)

thanks.
Great video as always! Thank you 💛

True
Looks like I played campaign, and never rolled dice for neutral units :X

I'll need BIG table to play this)))
i rather to play it on my PC with multiplayer.
NGL I bought it because it was heroes, and I got totally tripped up. 😂 But this looks really fun. Don’t think I’ll regret a thing. Can’t wait!
I could listen to this all day. Except maybe take breaks to play HOMM3 of course.
I want to seperate my pc game collection and my board game collection. This feels a little unnecessary 🤔
Video is nice thank you but pls 12:55 it's not Half-elves Hobbits :P It's simply Halflings :D
A great preview as always! This looks fun and complex enough to keep it interesting.
thank you for this content

There will be a solo campaign, and I think some scenarios will be coop ! ;)
Thanks for the overview of gameplay. Looks like a lot of fun! The deck building aspect seems like a great way to streamline the RPG aspect into a board game. Can’t wait!
Homm is not an rpg game
@@yavivanov6650 He wrote RPG aspect and Heroes of Might and Magic have RPG aspects!
The board looks almost identical to Mage Knight.
I always thought of MK as the board version of Heroes!
For anyone who's interested, the Kickstarter launches on November 15th!
It ends on November 29th, and has already unlocked most of the stretch goals.
Look very nice.
Wow this is so cool! It's literally the PC game brought to life as a board game. Neat! I will absolutely be buying it

Like your video
Just unboxed my Grail Pledge and man it is just incredible. My buddy is painting all my mini's and im so stoked to play it over and over.
You know what would be great? A PC/iPad version of this game. No kidding. Like Catan or Carcassonne.
😆👍
The original game is already avail on iPad IIRC. Even though this looks good, you should treat yourself with the real deal.
😍🤩
Seems OK. There's no way this can comfortably play with more than 2 ppl. It's good that battles are not trivial, but other ppl will have to wait.
nice!
Solo mode?
I seriously can't wait to receive my copy.
Is there a card for General Armageddon too? Lol.
Very detailed explanation, what you could add is to mention how the grail works.
I'd buy this game to collect it. Nice!
Thanks for the video! I’m sure I’ll be getting this game!
Very nice presentation of the game. Do you have any idea when will be available?
The troglodyte didn't retaliate the rogue?
Thank you very informative.
oO WTF....
THis game exists??
Slightly disappointed that the creature art isn’t the same as original game
with them pixels from 1999?
Very well done. Well paced and very well explained.
Cám Ơn Thầy Cám Ơn
this is a dream come true
Halfelfs 😂
Great video as always!
Nice job
What would be the typical play time for a game?
45 minutes per player. So with two players it will take 90 minutes, etc...
Nice game but i hate the Design
this game looks great, but it'll take WAY too long between turns is my hesitation... and I am not into solo gaming
it looks so much like pc game and like "Slay the spire" we have the same question : what the point spending 100 euros if we can get this game on steam for 10 ?

Seems okayish but the fact that all players have to wait for a player to finish their fights seems a little boring.
c'mon, guys... just download the game.

i feel like it could be more like game like play wise
I'll be so sad if it's boring!!!
Heroes of maiden magic? :)
no spanish no party
Adiós 👋
Why wouldn't I just play the video game?
Because you like playing board games with other people?
Because of power outage that last for half a day
I don't own a pc. HOM&M isn't available on consoles. Besides, I prefer board games at the moment.
Great video, but this looks VERY boring and fiddly as hell.
Why? I think this looks fun and is really streamlined.
Totally disagree...,an automatic buy for me!!!
Like thr computer game was 😀
I guess you are born after 2000
