    Because of this video I defeated my friend after 10 straight losses today😂. My smashes became powerful and clears reached far ends due to correct higher contact point 😊😊😊. Thanks sir🎉

      oh really? thats awesome. Hope you do lots of shuttle throwing. Such a wonderful to develop fundamental swing mechanics.

    Very detailed and very well explained 👏
    I think to be perfect, you could teach to exhale at the right time. (to relax, to avoid apnea later on tense points, etc.)
    Maybe it will come with the racket.
    Personnaly, I wish I had learnt it right away so it becomes a whole part of the sequence of movement,
    rather having to learn it later.
    Great job anyway, no doubt your students will progress fast !

      Thank you! 😃 I personally have never thought about the exhale part before. I have always concentrate on learning to be relax throughout the whole movement. Interesting point :)

      Glad it was helpful! I did a training with Jenny and thats what she said as well. By breaking it down to steps and numbering them, it was very easy for her to remember and remind herself.
