Very detailed and very well explained 👏 I think to be perfect, you could teach to exhale at the right time. (to relax, to avoid apnea later on tense points, etc.) Maybe it will come with the racket. Personnaly, I wish I had learnt it right away so it becomes a whole part of the sequence of movement, rather having to learn it later. Great job anyway, no doubt your students will progress fast !

Glad it was helpful! I did a training with Jenny and thats what she said as well. By breaking it down to steps and numbering them, it was very easy for her to remember and remind herself.
