Music by Paul McCartney. Song is "Style, Style" (CD single from the LP "Off The Ground).
Linda Vaughn was the spokesperson for Hurst Performance Products in the 1960's as well as promoting Oldsmobile, Pontiac, and Chrysler. She's a fan favorite at the Indy 500, NASCAR, and NHRA tracks, and Linda later went on to appear at Oldsmobile and Pontiac car shows. Linda never appeared to have an "off" day, a tremendously gracious and positive person, she had the same enthusiasm appearing at her first race in the 1960's as she did in the 2000's. - Розваги
All of a sudden, I feel compelled to buy a Hurst Shifter
Some of the greatest compliments my wife ever got were the times we were at an Olds show and people kept asking my wife to pose for photos. It was kinda normal but they wanted her in or beside an Olds with Hurst shifter.
Several said "well she is Linda Vaughn!"
Other times people told my wife, Dollie, she looked a lot like Dolly!
I miss her so much. She attended every car and bike event I went to for 64 years.
Thanks for the memories.
I wish I could time travel back to that time .
The late 1960’s and early 1970’s was the best times .
She had 40 Double D’S
Thanks for the memories linda. I remember you At Indy in the early 70's when I was a kid. God bless you 🏎️🏁🇺🇸
Bigger than that dude
Sweet as pie and a treat for an 8-year-old’s eyes! Linda was my fantasy girl! Perhaps she still is.
A classy lady.
Oh yeah!....1960s- 70s drag racing and real women like Linda...
What times! I had the luck to live in the US in the late ‘70s and it was super supercool....people were friendly, there was positive excitement for anything, work was rally relaxed and very well paid in relative terms to prices, there was almost no violence and the only fighting sport was boxing and clearly fake wrestling shows. People in general were just very tolerant to anything, police would easily close an eye on things when there was nobody harmed physically. Neighbors would randomly organize barbecues in their back yards for fun and anybody could just show up with a bottle or some things to cook...aahh so nice.
Divided we fell, by design. We've been made merchandise of....
IF THE WORLD OF MOTORSPORTS HAD A MOTHER , IT MOST CERTAINLY WOULD BE
LINDA VAUGHN.
Super nice lady in person.
She came to my 7th grade class in Warminster to give a presentation on the company, dressed in that silly gold suit. It was the major highlight of my junior high career.
I Love you Linda Vaughn! Always will.
Every male race car driver, team member, and fan that saw her back in the day dreamed of resting his head on those things.......
That was our drag racing HONEY for sure
Linda Vaughn Always
Super cool lady. I see and talk to her each June in St Ignace,Mi when they have their big car show. Always a smile and a superb memory.
Met up with Linda at the Streamline in Daytona last week. She still has it. What a great Lady. She did as much as any racer to promote the sport.
Yep, gracious to this very day. And she never forgot my name. I saw her from time to time in my travels during the 80s. Had lunch with her once at Comp Spec Trade Show as we discussed my small modeling agency I had founded mainly because of knowing her. That was way cool :-) She may have accumulated more air miles than anyone else alive!
She could definitely shift someone into overdrive, that's for sure!
Sooo pretty!
Linda Vaughn was Miss Atlanta and the repaid model herself in America in the 70's and Horst perfarmec included this beautiful lady in her advertisements, as Horst earned twenty million a year to afford this beautiful beauty!
I know she's getting up there in age. but she is one beautiful looking girl for her age. and for the 1960&70 she was a fox!!!!!
Awesome!-thanks!
Nice!
love her for ever xxxxxx
I understand she's had some recent health issues, but she is still somewhat active in the Automotive performance industry, plus she attends a lot of the Oldsmobile Club of America and the Hurst/Olds national events. Never had the good fortune to have met her,but know several folks who have,I'm told she's actually quite a nice lady, and is actually quite intelligent?
I got my autographed poster while at Maple Grove
Some of her helpers were great too
UA-cam is the greatest.
the beeline dragstrip isnt their anymore i saw linda there manny times
This a bad butt song, but she is so cool! Im an Olds fan so I have seen this vid 25 times at least,

Hmmm...Gee, what brand of shifter am I going to buy???
Does anyone know where and when the photo at 3:32 was shot? Nice video, btw!

Omg it's a stick shifter.!! Took me the whole video to realize that's what it was.
This is how women should look like!
What model is the car in the last pic at the end of the video?

4:27... painted on camel toe ! Wowza. GOD Bless.
I wonder if she found ways to use that shifter handle that Hurst never thought of or would approve?
'MERICA!
Did they know what "Camel Toe" was back then ?
More T than A but that's OK.
041 who are the cute blondes posing as bookends.
Have you noticed that there's one thing them girls all have in common? They all have gargantuan chee-chees. I suppose it was to promote grabbing your shifters.
I'm sure the "Full Bush" of the day did not help matters any whilst in a tight outfit...as we can see illustrated many times. Sorry, but it is what it is...er was
It's all about the chee-chees! It made me buy the shifters.
Christopher Wyller
Mmmm....Chee-Chee
Glorious globules! God made em for a reason
Stevie Ray Vaughn's mom.
Jsalrulz nice try
She looks really old...I'd take any of the younger Hurst girls...
*****
Well I have to give you credit for being succinct! I didn't mean to offend you...That was just a bonus.
+J. Sams I'd take that too!
If she's obliging enough to display herself for the viewers, you could at least keep your lack of appreciation to yourself.
Me thinks that is a woman.
I dont understnad this. She isnt very pretty.
Compared to who ?
She was gorgeous in the 60s and 70s . Linda Vaughn and Jungle Pam . DAMNNNNN
Well shoot a video of your wife and put it out there !!!!! Let us compare !!!!!😎😎😎😎😎😎 just saying
Nice!
