Mr. Pat gelsinger has a tough competition, Madhuri is considered as a chief executive officer not sure which company though but the outreach is huge, public in different attires different age groups different vehicles different genders either follow me or cross me or stand aside and watch, thousands of people have recognized me, they take time to plan around me. Brothers as considered as Rajasthan, maids are asking money just half a month through, im sure no company pays money in the mid of the month but my brother does. Some have fixed cameras around mh house and watch me 24×7, its a privilege no chief executive officer of any company would get. U have a tough competition Pat
Well so far the shareholders are extraordinarily unhappy. Since Gelsinger took the helm the stock has dropped from $63.50 to $35.25.....A 5 year low....It's also worth noting Intel was trading at this level 23 years ago too. Glad he's making millions and allegedly giving it away to charity...lol
Maybe your impression's been different, but everyone I've heard from says Gelsinger was a good choice for Intel, and that the stock price drop has more to do with years of corrupt business practices and mismanagement finally coming home to roost.
Just saw ladies roaming with intel white and blue bags, some are amd supporters also though, gents white and blue shirt, some want to grow their babies and get them employed in intel, lots of dreams, lots of publicity , managers cannot take full credit of the achievements companies have, there is lot of effort from outside groups too who dream of getting into intel
It's a free country, but how is it moral for someone to make 100 million dollars while the bulk of the people in his company make $50,000, or in some cases much much less if they produce things in developing countries for that company? It's just not justifiable. I'm not saying I, or the government have the right to dictate this, but it just seems wrong.
1. If you don't like the salary, find another job which pays well. They are not forced to work, if they are then they've clearly signed a contract out of their own will. 2. Developing countries have a less median average salary so it seems less but in reality they are paid well.
It may seem wrong to you because you put morality, justifiability and legality in the same basket. These things are different. Many things are immoral or unjustified and are legal at the same time. Morality is subjective. For you this is wrong but for the CEO it is moral.
