    Hi Robin! I am so happy I found your videos! They have changed my life completely!!!!
    I even get up every day more than my husband to exercise ! You are a fantastic trainer! The best I have ever had! You clear my misunderstood words and teach me about the body every day!ans you are not allá out "how look you good" but how strong your body and our bodies can be! That makes such a difference! Love exercising with you every day ! Am on date 8 of my 30 day challenge. Thank you!

    Day 8 done and what a great lower body workout. I didn't even have to use the chair for the balance work at the end! I feel great! Thanks!

    This was challenging for me because I don't have any balance at all, or so I thought because this went better than I thought! Excited for tomorrow!

    Cool,oh so that tank top ur wearing,under it is that a sports bra?I been trying to get me the right workout top n I don't like when bend down n I'm exposed lol
