    This whole challenge is amazing
    ! Since there is no day 5, I did day 6 and will try day 4 again tmrw-I was not prepared for the HIIT!

      The HIIT is a challenging one! Remember that you don't need to be perfect - go at your own pace, and press "pause" as needed. We will be cheering for you! 😊 (And there is no Day 5 workout because we want to invite you to use this day to do your favorite workout from the challenge so far or to do another activity of your choice, or rest if needed!)

    This felt good! I'm enjoying all of your beginner videos. I love stretching in the morning right after my walking videos and at night right before bed. I think you may be one of my favoirte pilates instructor! :-)

    This was great to come into again after a rest day! I like stretching more than working out, so I wish that was just a tiny bit longer, but it still felt good, and I'm excited for tomorrow's workout

    OK, I love you lady. I was sick for 2 days and could not do my pilates. So good to get back into it with a gentle stretch!

    I have a slipped disk and rotosocoliosis and that first series of stretches, particularly the twist felt incredible! I'll be adding that into my daily stretches!

      Great question! When we first did this challenge, Day 5, Day 12, Day 19 and Day 25 were "repeat your favorite workout from the week" days, so you will not see a workout for these days. Feel free to pick your favorite from the previous 5 days or you can also select any workout from our channel! :)

      Great question! When we first ran this challenge Days 5, 12, 19 and 25 were "repeat your favorite workout from the week" days, so you will not see workouts for those days. Feel free to pick your favorite from the previous 5 days or use those days for rest or whatever your body is needing most.

      +Reverend Richard Haahr Day 5's assignment was to go back and revisit your favorite workout from the previous week. That's what we'll do every Saturday. :)

    I am sorry but I did not start on Tuesday as day 1 I started because I wanted to give a go and I did not realise that day 5 should be on Saturday. My day 5 is Wednesday!
