the more that I listen to those Amazon Interview Question tips, the less I have a wish to get the job and work for them. People are different and should be free to be themselves. If I don't give an expected answer to a certain question, that doesn't mean that I won't be able to do the job. All this HR concept of the behavioral interview is total bullshit. At first, I wanted to use your videos to prepare for the interview, but I will skip every kind of preparation, I will simply be myself and if that doesn't work for them, then it is not a company for me.

shtBlock I’m starting to think the same thing.. from where I can see people are getting hired to work on amazon because they’ve prepared themselves really well to answer the questions as the recruiter expects.. I mean is like just studying for an exam and knowing the right answers. To me that just doesn’t measure your capacity/knowledge to do the job.. don’t get me wrong, every interview job is necessary, but getting so technical and detailed about those behavioural questions doesn’t really say how well you could to the job.. it does show dedication though in studying so much for it..

I just went through the interview process and i feel as they care more about how much of a robot you are and how you can relate to these leadership principles over my technical skills and work experience. I have two years of operations experience and i feel as they did not even care about that. Behavior based questions had nothing to do with my capacity to do the job and i have both corporate and warehouse experience. I have former colleagues working there and they be working 10-13 hour shifts with 30 min breaks if they can even catch one
All that extra unnecessary stuff to be slaved by them. Idk there must be a reason Amazon is always hiring and people are always quitting 🥴🥴

I was assigned to work with Godzilla a hard to get along person. I just kept showing him good will and his behavior changed. Others often teased him. My point is to be polite and many of them will come around and behave. And sometimes they may have Personel problems outside work like my co worker.

How would you answer this question when the person that doesn't like you is your manager?
It happen to me, she wasn't my manager when I joined the company, she was a member in my team.
After she got promoted she did a lot of moves behind my back (including preventing my promotion) which eventually made me leave the company.

Behavioral interview at Amazon is more like a theatrical performance, lol. Faking that you like the company that will screw you and telling the interviewer you will treat someone very nice even if they treat you like shit.
