The best about your videos is not the content it itself, but you put a lot of effort into examples. I'm preparing for my on-site interview with Amazon and sometimes I don't know my "strengths" or weaknesses not because I don't know about myself but because I struggle on identifying what makes sense in this type of questions. I've been trying to analyze the first question and an answer to that question and, honestly, I felt that even Dan is somewhat struggling to provide a good example here and fit it into a general pattern . Since this is not the first video I'm watching and I already heard some topics 2-3 times, I believe the question itself is terrible and pretty difficult to give anything but trivial answer to it. It's borderline "bad relationship" question where question is asked to catch out another party.

Thanks so much Dan! I just started watching your video and it's very helpful! I was going to use public speaking and toastmaster as the weakness example acutally, hahaha. I am wondering is it ok to use that example if for Amazon other countries, not US.
