@@jenniferbryan295 I tired the other one in the video and I could not use it. It always gets rave reviews but it was too matte for me. I’m in my 40’s so not sure if that makes a difference.
I have always loved the L’Oréal Infallible foundation and will always have it in my rotation. Lately I’ve been mixing it with the L’Oréal serum foundation and the combination is perfection!!! I actually use the serum foundation as a mixer in many of my high end foundations as well❣️❣️❣️
The Loreal Fresh Wear Foundation is my absolute favorite. For me it wears for over 25 hours and still looks amazing!! It is so much better than any other foundation I have tried.
the neutrogena one is amazing!!! ive been on a hunt for a foundation that can be used everyday without damaging my skin and compatible for sensitive skin. I tend to get really red sometimes and I do feel foundations tame down the redness, idk the science behind it, but foundations calm my skin. this one is just perfection to me. if i need extra coverage i just use a concealer
I cannot stop using the Catrece since you shared it in June. Absolute perfection on my combo/oily skin. Matte enough with giving some glow, but not grease.
I've stopped using Catrice because of the oxidation. Did you not have that problem? I tried so many different shades that seemed to match my skin perfectly when I applied it, but a couple of minutes later it just looked completely orange. I love that there are videos like this that introduce good and affordable products, but I wish oxidation would get talked about more as it's my biggest issue when it comes to drugstore foundations.
Cover Girl Fresh Skin Milk. I’ve fallen in love. This is magic on my mature skin. Looks completely natural and skin like. I love a sheer dewy finish. I have the L’Oréal Age Perfect Serum foundation. I like that one, as well. Nothing is dewier than Flower Beauty Skin Illusion which is an absolute dupe for Lancôme Renergie. Funny how things work, but Believe Beauty is more natural to matte on me. I think that Neutrogena Tinted Moisturizers are the most glowy and luminous and perfect for weekend days. The biggest challenge with budget foundations is finding your shade. Some brands are harder than others. For example NYX is always way too yellow on me.
🙏🙌 I am so so glad you made this video! It will be saved as a reference video. I have been waiting for this. I was wondering about the Neutrogena Serum Foundation (compared to the Loreal) and you did it. I want something like this or a CC type Foundation, something to wear daily, that is super light. I can wear running errands or even the gym. Lately I've been using the NYX Bare With Me Concealer under my eyes but also around my cheeks only with a sponge. I'm still into the the barely makeup clean look. Thank you! P.S. some of my drugstore go to's are - No. 7 Lift & Luminate Foundation or the Essence Pretty Natural.. just need something I can grab at Target/Ulta & go!
I love that you did this video. You included foundations for every skin type and explained the best way to wear them and gave great detail on each one's pros and cons! Really appreciate you and I am excited to pick some of these up based on your recommendation! 😊
My absolute favourites that I cannot live without are L’Oréal True Match Super-Blendable Foundation & Wet’n Wild Photofocus matte foundation. Love them both equally 💕. I am really curious now about the Hard Candy one and will give it a try!

The essence pretty natural is incredible for me. Never had a foundation that was so longlasting even under a mask. Does not move 🤩 and I like that the coverage is not that high.

Would the Catrice True Skin foundation be a good long wearing foundation on more dry skin? I am looking for a really good longer wearing foundation that isn't drying and doesn't look cakey or accentuate my dry patches i definitely have been wanting to try the L'Oreal Infallible Fresh wear foundation for awhile and ill definitely have to check out the other L'Oreal foundations and the catrice trueskin and the Belif thank you so much for such amazing information on what foundations are better suited for different skin types
L'Oréal infailible , Age Perfect BB Cream and Catrice are my go to everyday drugstore foundations. The Serum one i don't love it too much i feel doesn't stay the same all day, moves around my face and emphasize my pores( and i don't have large ones) but i like to mix it with full coverage ones.
So happy you included the Hard Candy Glamoflage - that's what I'm currently using. What a winner!! It doesn't take much to give a nearly flawless look and for the price? Total winner!! I had no idea that Profusion even made a foundation - I'll be checking that one out as well as the Catrice. I sure wish that brand was still sold at Ulta - I miss adding a couple of Catrice products to my online orders and having new products to test when they arrive. Great video as usual- enjoy your holiday weekend!!!
I tried believe beauty during the pandemic and fell in love. Best shade match, gorgeous texture. Strayed back to prestige and now that I want to repurchase it’s sold out in every location. 😢 Might go for L’Oreal Infallible fresh wear or True match tinted serum for now. Never tried either of those.
I tried it, and you were absolutely right. I've used Lancôme, Estee Lauder for years, and many others and this is very comparable if not better. Thanks for sharing.
I bought the Neutrogena serum foundation after seeing a short br Shelby Wilson. I love it! It's all I've worn on my 72 year old face since it came home with me.
More often than not im using Hard Candy GlamoFlauge. Its great for oily, acne prone skin. Its not as transfer resistant as Makeup forever HD skin, but it is very longwearing, and got me through long, hot night shifts ( for that I wear it fully set with loose powder on a puff).
Love your recommendations. You’re correct about Neutrogena serum. It’s perfect for everyday wear. I’ve bought so many expensive foundations and nothing had looked as nice as Neutrogena serum. Another favorite is the Pur tinted moisturizer. Thanks for your great reviews! 💛

oh crap, I’m an oily skin girl in her late 50s wearing believe thinking it was a matte foundation. That’s why I look like I do at the end of my shift. Thanks for the info.
I've been absolutely in love with that Neutrogena serum foundation. I love the L'Oreal serum foundation too, but sometimes that one clings to dry patches, so I can't wear it daily (otherwise I would). The Neutrogena looks beautiful every time.
When you say the serum option clings to you dry patches, did you mean the Age Radiance or w/e or the True Match serum one? I have dry, flaky skin that won't be tamed by any exfoliation/moisturizer. I just wanna even out my tone without looking all scaly :(
I love L’Oréal Lumi on my normal/dry skin. Is been perfection! Not a greasy ball like one I sampled on my finger lightly from Pacifica. Yuck! Nothing like that one, was so so greasy. Love it and continue buying it. Cand find if you have listed your earrings? Love them! Where to get them please?

It is good in a different way.. The balm is the kind of foundation you can add for touchups without it getting clumpy or cakey. It’s a very unique formula that you can build. It wears off very naturally unlike some of the other more potent foundations.
Great video! I use the Hard Candy one all the time. I just wished it had spf in it though. Have you tried the Believe Beauty Color Me Cream blush in DOLLFACE? I have several of the pots and it is the best color, build-able, and lasts for a long time at a great price! What more could you ask for? Take care.
Super great video!! I am always interested in a good foundation. This was very helpful! I am currently using the Loreal Extended Wear Foundation. I am going to buy the Catrice and Profusion ones to try next. Thank you, Taylor!! Have a wonderful weekend!! ❤️
Saw the Hard Candy one this afternoon but did not check if matte or dewey. But will surely look it up this weekend. I have mature skin nor dry nor oily (65) but I think with more of a dewey primer, it might look nice for my long working days. I'll get back to you on this 😀
I own or have tried most of these. I would have added the Wet and Wild Photo Focus to this list, but I agree - I'd spend more on these foundations to keep them in my collection!
I save my Ct flawless filter bottles n transfer my serum foundations in it lol I’m probably the only one who actually loves the doe foot applicators for foundations 🤪
Have you tried Covergirl trublend matte? This is my holy grail. I’ve tried others but always go back to this. I have oily skin with big pores in my t zone. I also really like Dr Jart bb cream! But I have only tried the old formula I heard the new formula isn’t as good.
I want to try the age perfect one. I like that it has skin care . I don’t think I’ve ever heard a foundation w glycolic acid before? My guess is you meant to say the moisturizing acid hydralonic acid or whatever it is. But idk maybe it is glycolic ? That might be good for people who breakout
Your reviews for these were so thorough. Thank you. I had been wondering about believe foundation. I wonder if any of them are cruelty free? I’m supporting brands that are mostly clean so not sure if I can purchase any.
Hi Taylor I was wondering do you know a good inexpensive shade mixer for foundation that's hydrating for dry skin? I know they have la girl but it's matte. I'm looking for a yellow to make my foundations that don't work more yellow or golden hued and I am struggling to find one and it would be super helpful to me so I wouldn't have to throw away foundations and waste money. I am wanting to try the majority of the foundations that were mentioned in your video except for the semi matte one's lol they look terrible on my skin. I am so happy you did a speed review on your favorite foundations.. you looked beautiful.. I hope you and your family are having an amazing day! ❤️

Saw the Hard Candy one this afternoon but did not check if matte or dewey. But will surely look it up this weekend. I have mature skin nor dry nor oily (65) but I think with more of a dewey primer, it might look nice for my long working days. I'll get back to you on this 😀
I always over look the believe collection I’ll have to give it a try
Your skin looks gorgeous!
Thank you!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙏🏼
What primer is good for under the L'Oreal 24-hour freshware Foundation I have dry skin
What is the wear time like on the loreal age perfect foundation?
Thanks
6ish hours on my combo skin! Before I really need a touch up
Please do powders next
This video is what I need at the moment! And I have enjoyed all different foundations I purchased from your recommendation. Thank you so much Taylor!
I’m so glad!
I own or have tried most of these. I would have added the Wet and Wild Photo Focus to this list, but I agree - I'd spend more on these foundations to keep them in my collection!
I live for the Covergirl skin Milk one , definitely worth more
I save my Ct flawless filter bottles n transfer my serum foundations in it lol I’m probably the only one who actually loves the doe foot applicators for foundations 🤪
Love your lipstick color💄💄💄can you share what brand and color? Thanks.
Thank you! Maybelline Vinyl Ink in Peachy!
Love these kind of videos😍
Great video! Thank you!
I have the believe foundation and I love it ❤
I used the L’Oréal infallible foundation and it worked horrible on my skin because I have a lot of acne 😭
This is, ‘anatomy of foundations, definitive and what more do you want
Thank you! It looks like Kokie makes a dewey mixer! amzn.to/3KX86FJ It's not yellow unfortunately but could help with lightening!
What shade in the Neutragena serum? Thanks.
Thanks for this video! It was so helpful. ❤️
Shhhhhh. We don't want them raising the prices of drugstore makeup, either way.
