I wonder how the game would play if you couldn’t get chipped out? I don’t mind taking chip damage but sometimes the block string into assist for like 10% damage is insane especially when you just die for it. What do you guys think about making chip damage the same but it can’t kill? I don’t know how that would look for a Mortal Kombat game but it might make things a little more tense and competitive.
chip damage has always been dumb. Tekken (at least before tekken 8) never had chip and it rewarded good defense. Granted, defense is far far far harder in tekken. If you block something, you shouldn't be losing 10% of your health. Flawless block is a really cheap answer bc if you fuck up then you get 20-25% damage. And if you do flawless, you get no reward, you are just lessening the reward of your opponent. Its effectively a lose-lose-Neutral situation. Most flawless blocks in the game don't even really effect frame advantage. NRS has always been bad at making competitive fighters and the addition of kameos just shows how bad they are at it.
I believe u have some other advantage but I don't remember what, maybe u can cut the animation to use specials or frame advantage, not sure now@@johnsonjunior547

kenshi is too op by design. range, and list of spams, dppleganger, almost like cheating. the developers intended that? by the way the guy playing cage simply miss anticipates ranges of kenshi. always caught of guard by miscalculating the range. with johnny lacking of projectiles, the dev should make him faster. very unbalanced.

I don't really understand your question, but Kenshi only= hold Kameo Sento only= hold Block BUT When you summon Sento, Kenshi has longer recovery time then the summoning takes, so immediately after summon you can input and only sento will attack/walk because Kenshi is still in recovery
