My Brother and I got twin Citations for Christmas one year when we were 7 & 9 years old I think, around 1983. Rode those for quite a few years in Idaho, good memories!

I broke one of the ears before it’s best to put a socket on lower ear to keep firm

use Pre-mix in a spray bottle instead of starting fluid. Crank bearings run dry on starting fluid.

lol people need to relax on starting fluid . i used starting fluid for years i never have a problem . and him spraying little he did spray starting fluid not going do a thing .

@@funtyes1970 I sprayed my 01 arctic cat 550 with starting fluid when it wasn't getting fuel, ended up scoring the cylinder walls and pistons. I like starting fluid but its stupid to use on 2 strokes.

I feel your pain as far as snow goes. Here in west central Wisconsin, things started off looking pretty good in mid December. Actually got the old Indy up and running for a day. ....and then came the warm weather and friggin rain. Been a sad excuse for a "winter" here since then.
Guess I shouldn't complain though. We DID manage to get five miles of riding in for the year, LOL.
That Citation looks great. Don't see many sleds of that vintage in that good of condition. Definitely a keeper. The engine sounds healthy and happy, even without a primer. The leaking gas tank can be an issue though. Hopefully it will be a fairly easy fix.

since its my buddy's sled I'm currently talking to him on what to do next with it. hopefully I can get another video on it in the future. I feel ya though on the snow situation definitely a rough start of winter so far here in New England.

yeah i haven't see a winter like this almost like for ever just few days ago in middle of February it was almost 60'F where i live ,that like spring weather in February lol it should be in low 20's or maybe single digits or at worst below 0, February usually coldest winter months . but like Buffalo NY got few record breaking storms first bad storm i think it was in November some towns in Buffalo got 5 feet of snow and on December 24th a day before Christmas another big storm 4 feet .and California Mammoth Mountain got over 400 inches so far this winter

@@funtyes1970 Yep. Our so-called "winter" has been pathetic here in west Wisconsin. Well, we DID actually get one "good" snow about mid January. Trails were actually open for a couple weeks, and yes, I was out riding them. Managed to put on 150 or so miles total, so not a total loss. But that has been the only real snow we have had this year. The trails were getting pretty beat up, and then came the ^%*&in rain again. All shut down again. So our very short riding season is over. But at least we did get out and have a little fun while it lasted.
Got the sled all put away now. Time to start working on the race car now.

All good New England mechanics sound the same. Anyone who likes Powemodz channel is ok in my book. Kind of bummed he don’t post videos anymore.

The fuel pump is where it is so it only has to do half the work. Gravity/siphon in and pump out.

Of that was your air screw it's definitely not over 4 turns out most machines are usually 1.5 turns out or 2 at the most
