Exactly. I have 3c/4a hair and it's beautiful....when it does right ... which is like 10% of the time. I end up wearing it in a ponytail/bun when it is curly because doesnt do right most of the time. For me, straightening it takes less effort and i know what it will look like in the morning. Plus I just prefer it. People need to mind their business and let people do their hair the way they want to
Girl I went from straightening my hair EVERYDAY to just wearing it up in a bun. People have no idea how much it takes to keep curly hair looking good and presentable. ❤ do whatever makes you happy and that’s all that matters! 🦋
Just curious do you STRAIGHTEN your hair everyday with the TYMO? My issue is keeping my hair from frizzing up. I have used all of the serums and heat protectants yet I haven't mastered keeping my hair straight for at least 2 weeks. If you have any suggestions please let me know and thanks!!!
I’ll make a more in depth video on it soon but no, I don’t use it everyday. I only use it twice a month to straighten my hair initially. I do use one serum to keep it from damaging my hair and for me it doesn’t stay super slick for more than a week. Once it starts getting frizzy I start doing other more protective type hairstyles (a bun, braid, etc.) Ofc staying away from moisture, wrapping your hair while sleeping and using silk pillowcases and bonnets help prolong how nice it looks. I hope this helped any!
I have wavy hair and getting it to look good wavy takes SO much work and products. I got salon quality products and my hair end up drying mostly straight, shiny and no frizz. If I want it really straight of course I have to straighten it but otherwise it looks better not trying to get my weak waves to look good.
She's not destroying her hair with styling tools. If you prep your hair well, there will be minimal to no damage. She's destroying her hair with bleach tho.
I did 1 year of CG method.. and gave up. Its really not worth wasting soooooo much of time just taking care of curls. Just using some hydrating conditioner / mask after hair wash and air drying my hair gives me the natural curls. Thats enough and sooo much easy to manage. As you said, i don't have to water my hair like a plant every morning.. haha.
This, even though I have 4 type hair I went back to a relaxer because I got tired of fighting with my hair and the breakage from tangles was crazy.... my hair is now finally past my shoulders and wash days are much easier😅
I’m the opposite! I have wavy hair but I always curl it since It suits me way better and I don’t have to do anything to it besides brush it lol. When it’s wavy it looks weird on day 2 and looks greasier faster
Yup I’m in the same boat. I’m personally over all the products the methods the long detangling sessions the lengthy air dry sessions I’m a blow dried natural now.
i have rlly nice curls and i have thin hair so my hair is no work rlly i js do whatever sometimes if it’s fuzzy i js tie it but usually it’s pretty nice

THIS!! “I know what it will look like in the morning” is the perfect way to put it. Thank you for sharing ❤️
I know, right?!? People think that having curly hair is easy when it's waaayyyy easier to straighten.
It is a challenge!! I don’t even worry about it once it’s straight 🙏🏼

both suits you but the hair doesn't look really healthy with all those highlights/bleaching
I get Revlon blow dryer and Revlon plus it's waist of fuckin money n don't do shit to ya hair it's all hyped up for no fuckin reason
thank you - I feel the same! I love my curly hair but the EVERY day refresh is just too much for me.
But u have to everyday refresh the hair straightening too tho?
Curly hair does get tangled and that leads to breakage.
Straightening hair will also cause breakage…
It surely can which is why it has to be done properly 😉

U look better with curly hair I can tell by your facial features but yeah do what u want
Thank you for thinking so☺️ eventually I hope to wear my hair naturally but for right now I’m loving this look
I am the same and for some reason i feel my hair feels lighter when stright ❤
I agree. I also have inconsistent curl and straight just looks more finished on me in my opinion
My hair tangles easily. Wearing my hair down is not worth the time and pain of combing it all out.

Girl I’m the same boat!! Plus us curly girls only have to fully straighten once a week at most.
I feel and relate this
You are just destroying your hair with the straightener
I disagree, you can straighten your hair and still do it in a healthy way
Am I damaging my hair? #haircareshorts #healthyhairhabits #hairconfessions

Lowkey she is and she don’t even realize it, sometimes you have to take a break from heat
But it does look damaged :/

Girl SAAAAAAME! I love curly hair but it just doesn't look right on me when it’s mid length so maybe when it grows longer
Same dear same😊

this is so relatable like--
I agree!
This is me!❤️
I have curls and I straighten it every day
Curly looks better
Great video this just makes sense
Thank you Deluxorian! 🥰

THANK YOU! This is how all of us curly girls feel!
