I may have said it before but it's worth saying again I think. One of the things I really love about what you do Natasha is how you just use stuff we have to make things that are beautiful. I know many people have the money to buy all the things off of Ipsy but some of us don't. And your Inspirations help us have beautiful things at little to no cost. I thank you from the bottom of my heart
Most of things, people, events most of the time are boring, until they are wrapped up skillfully and presented to the word in an unusual and interesting way. You do exactly that through your channel.
This video may be 5 yrs old but so up to date! You are always so prepared with many samples! Oh, and I bought your book! You are amazing! God bless you and your family!❤
This is such a great idea! I have several books with images like these as well. And you’re right, you can’t just fold them and stick them in a journal. Turning them into a gorgeous instant background is just brilliant! You do have a beautiful, creative mind Thanks for sharing it because you do inspire others!!
YOU BLOW MY MIND!!! I have always thought the same think with pictures so pretty but couldn't use them. This is AMAZING!!! Who are you!?!?! You always have the most amazing ideas that anyone can do! WOW !!!!!
I was so inspired by this video that I ordered the book from Ebay!! I love seeing what you've come up with to make our journals so special without all of the digital prints. Have a wonderful day💗
Yes indeed they look Beautiful! 💝 As a Child I would think “It’s Color!” and... We throw away so MUCH COLOR! In My Photography I often take a Photo that others would be like: Why did she Photograph that? It was because “I saw more” It was a Color, Texture or something out of the ordinary that caught my attention! You do such a Great Job with Your Videos! I smile 😊 every time I see what you have Collected. I do the same thing. At the age of almost 64 I feel like I am “Finally Finding My People!” 💞🤗💞 Many Blessings to You My Dear Sweet Natasha! 🤟💝🤗💝🤟
I've been watching ONLY YOUR videos ALL DAY!! I have many large magazine & book pages that are too big to use, but gorgeous. I had NO IDEA what to do with them!!! Many are landscapes, decorating, and architectural. This idea is PERFECT!!! Time to get out my paper cutter and make some shapes. These are lovely!!! So unique! I started making the journal page/card inserts several weeks ago. Finished 2. Then got stuck. I've been looking for that video that did them. Could not find it. And here it was on your channel!!! So I'm working on those again now. I love them. Such a good journaling spot. It's funny, I said I'd only watch just ONE MORE of your videos. Then go look for the insert video. And that was the one I was looking for!!! YAY!!! This has been a very productive day, thanks to you. Thank you for all the great ideas & great videos. You're a doll. Austin, TX USA
A constant inspiration you are! Yes indeed! Love this idea! Amazing how you go from “nothing” to something so creative and beautiful! Thanks for sharing!!
Love this! I often wonder how I can use beautiful images on quality paper I come across in high end catalogs. Now I know. Never thought of sectioning it! Thank you.
I have a lot of larger photos from a Rose Garden book and the photos are AMAZING, this has given me something else to do other than what I was thinking of making :) thank you and thank you for the words and quotes
Hi Natasha! I’m so tired today! I’m sitting here with my sweet hubby binging on your videos and as I’ve said many times, you are so talented and inspiring! I just love these little cards! I wish I felt like going in my craft room and making some! Watch out tomorrow lol!🫶🏼🤩
I am wide awake at 3 a.m. surfing for creative ideas that my creative thin thread can be sparked by and this video....your embellishment technigues are ❤❤❤❤❤
I’m sitting here on a very cool Saturday morning binging on your channel ☺️ I’ve got a few of those books with images that are lovely but I didn’t know how to utilise those pretty but awkward images and I now know exactly how to use them! What a brilliant idea! Thank you so much! I think I’ll be sewing and glueing all day today 😁😁😁🙏🙏
I have this same dilemma ALL the time, I see some beautiful images that are way to big!! This makes way more sense than trying to use them the way they are presented. Thank you so much for sharing
This is brilliant! Love the idea and your video is lovely! This is very inspiring and I will try it with with some of my large botanical images. Thank you for sharing this!
What an awesome idea!! I could also use up some small pieces of upholstery fabric samples that I've been debating on what to do with. Thank you so much for the inspiration!!
Oh my yes you have inspired me. I have 2 journals I am struggling with the cover. I think I have found what I am looking for! Thank you! Oh my I love your creative mind!
I am inspired to try something with large magazine pictures that I've cut out to save. I didn't know what to do with them, but I do want to use them in a journal. Your idea is a good solution! Thanks for the inspiration, Natasha! ~Janet in Canada 😊😊🍁🍁
They are so gorgeous Natasha, you are like a breathe of fresh air to me with all your creative ideas that are so inspiring and new to me, I love it TFS X
Love that idea! Very inspiring! I try thinking of something to do with those large pages. I just made a large pouch for tags with one, lol. tfs Jo Ann xx
It’s a beautiful day here in Australia...Hi you....I just watched your video using a book with beautiful pictures.I enjoyed it so much. You cut out some small off set photos to make tags n stuff! I pretty much spent the day cutting out from a book I got from an Opp Shop for only 3dollars. I had a great time and you inspired me with the way you used the pictures..Love it and thanks for sharing....x
This is one of those videos that I started watching and thought "I'd never use those in one of my projects", but as I continued watching it gave me inspiration for pieces I could use. If I only used paper and kept everything flat the general idea would make some lovely postcards. Or do as you've done with 3D embellishments and fabric, but lengthen the tab, these could become some lovely reusable tags to put on gifts. Thank you for the inspiration.
Such a beautiful idea, now I gotta get my hands on some books and magazines, you have a great crafty eye, I would have never seen art like that if you had not pointed it out, I'd just flip through the pages, thanks for sharing, have agreat day!
Thank you for sharing this technique. I have several magazines with beautiful glossy photos, but I haven’t used them because I didn’t know how to use them. Great ideas!
fabulous example of thinking outside the box 👍 such beautiful images. I wouldn't be able to throw them away 😊 can't wait to give it a go with the large papers and graphics I have been saving (with no idea what to do with them - until now!) I agree, a shame to toss the gorgeous pictures just because they don't work as journal pages. good ideas!!
