The US is a puppet state to every country in the world that has figured out that they only have to pay pennies on the dollar against their defense budget if they can convince the US to attack their enemies for them. The US is always up for it because those defense contractors always need a fresh conflict to maintain profits.
Agreed! Inventory count; 12 assorted weapons,14,000 rounds. Last accounting year, 2004. Verified annual increase from 2004, 13%. Optics upgrades 44%. Shielded coms, 56%. I live in Wisconsin and come November 650,000 people take to the woods and go deer hunting...which makes Wisconsin deer hunters like the 8th largest army in the world.
Used to love hunting up in Bolder Junction and Crivitz back in the 1980's through the early 2000's. I only had two guns back then. A 12 gauge and a 306. semi-auto. Since I quit hunting, I've added to that collection by a few more. Not saying I need them, I just have them because I can.
Yessir. My family too lives in WI and our family including the farm could hold our own. More like 25 to 1 ratio with not only seasonal hunters, but raised in the woods, respect and study it thoroughly
@Frankenstein-1 great fishing/ hunting / adventuring out that way. Lived a little north of there in the UP for a while. Lived in a few places around WI too. Great countryside
@mattwinterberg7845 that's for sure. Hell in the country you better let it be known you bought a new car because if a vehicle pulls into a driveway that the household / neighbors don't recognize you have everyone walking slow casually holding a firearm. The American countryside will hold it's own. It would be a nightmare to invade and impossible to hold.
Immigrants are more loyal to the American dream and spirit than those born here. We take it for granted. We'd fall due to infighting and unwillingness to set aside differences. @@lilcaesarman
A lot of people are saying 'immigration', and that's somewhat true. When you're against a major military player, you can still win via religion or culture. It's a long-game shot, but it is effective.
I say that all the time, just look at the circus right now. I never in my entire 38 yrs on planet earth have I felt so embarrassed and uncomfortable because of our government.
The problem is, it would take time to pull back leaders who have combat experience. A lot of them have left early over the last decade because of how political the military has become.
“We can never invade America,” Japanese Admiral Yamamoto has been quoted as saying. Yamamoto, who attended college in America, explained his logic this way: “There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass.”
While I agree with the notion, Yamamoto never actually said that. I believe the line comes from either the movie Tora! Tora! Tora!, or the Movie Midway either way it is a Hollywood ad lib
@@buzzkillingit3892 Pretty sure there's crazy disparity on the state level, I would guess California has less than 50 per 100 and Texas has more than 200 per 100. If you have to invade do it through California where nobody has guns XD
Let us not forget that not only is the population armed, it’s also full of us veterans who know what to do and how to lead. It would be a nightmare for an invading army
Also, generations of hunters, hunt during the season pertaining to the animal or bird, put meat in the freezer for the family. That has never stopped being a part of American culture. Rifle or bow, it's taken seriously and the food is not wasted.
@@anitapeludat256 absolutely! That is why the Japanese didn’t invade during WWII. They knew about our hunters. Hell just the hunters in Texas would make something like the 10 largest Army in the world.

There was a post describing a French soldier's appreciation of us forces. He says "when you're pinned down you better hope you have an American by your side. When you call them for support their only response is, where are you?"
And many others are Meal Team Six members whose silver bullet is cardio. And many others are septuagenarians who think a mobility scooter makes them mechanized infantry.
Some of us can get a head shot to an animal whose head is much smaller than a human from 250 yards with a .308 or 30-06 without a scope. Sometimes even if the deer is skittish and senses our presence. BTW to the first person who responded to the original comment: I'm a Texan. I'm a hunter. I can make that shot at least 75% of the time. I was never in the military. Never underestimate the power for home protection of Armed Americans who know how to shoot. If we were ever to be invaded, we would be a much more formidable force than any other nation on Earth. A person who has a handgun they've fired 50 times at an indoor range can be taught how to use that weapon by others who are experts if it is ever necessary. The fact that they will already have the weapon and some ammo is important. With the exception of Switzerland, the USA has the highest per capita ownership of firearms in every category in the world.
25.81 million Americans went hunting in 2022 and it was decreased from the year before. An estimated 393 million firearms owned by American civilians. Nearly a thousand privately owned tanks in the USA. 283,400,986 vehicles registered in the USA and a hell of a lot of welders that could make em bulletproof
Lol in reference to minute 18:30 when you're thinking that the US would be stretched too thin, remember the Pacific theater in WWII. As a citizen of the UK, it may be easy to forget about the fact that for the entirety of the the US involvement in WWII, it was fighting Japan pretty much by iteself while simultaneously providing the backbone and often times driving force of the European theater's war efforts
Tiny bit more trivia, when the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor, they sank 46% of the Pacific Fleet. I don't know how much that represents of our entire fleet, but that's a pretty healthy chunk to lose when we were entering into the second World War.
There are some missing parts in this video. The US would have strategically occupy our two neighbors. Their military is now the US military. Their wealth is now the US wealth. Cyber attack… the US would just disconnect from the rest of the world. We would return to Arcnet where military installations have access to each other and everything else is blacked out until control is achieved. From there it would be a systematic overcoming of smaller friendlier countries to become Vassal States during wartime using propaganda and a show of strength. I would believe within a months time the North America continent, Japan, and Australia would be Allied with the US. Taiwan already has a military presence there… the US not leaving without destroying those factories. So the US does not have to worry about Taiwan. I would assume the US fleet would cripple the UK rather quickly. Not conquering. Render them ineffective. So now the only area of contention is Europe and Asia. If the US controls all of the shipping lanes and has air superiority… the war is over. The US can just starve everyone else out.
Honestly this is just what is currently in the military, naval crews, and pilots. If a war like this did break out, there would be a draft and the shear number of all three front would be heavily inflated with more Americans.
you have to remember, this is based of what is currently publicly available, and the current known military aircraft that the U.S. has has the radar footprint of a small bird, and according to the rumors lately, they have fighter jets that are entirely drone piloted, meaning no physical pilot, but even scarier, is that these drone piloted jets would have a small deployable drone fleet using AI that would seek out targets, and also intercept incoming fire to make sure the main jet survives, and we don't know the footprint of these new jets, but going by the history of how they keep shrinking in radar footprints, it'll come down to physically spotting it in the air, and by then, it will have already struck and left.
Those aren't rumors, and the drone fleet thing was actually already used in a conflict already, where the US deployed multiple series of drone fleets to occupy and confuse antiair systems, to enable bombers to fly over, see where the anti air was, and then precision bomb them. This was during Operation Desert Storm during the Gulf War. And this was done back when drones were just surveilance tools. Imagine now, when they have the ability to attack you. Apparently this event during the operation was called "Pubar's Party" after the man who had the idea to do this.
Retired combat veteran here. 13 years in the USMC. The average person has NO IDEA what kind of military capability the US actually has. There are things I've seen deployed on the battle that would blow your mind, and that was 10-12 years ago for me now. Movies and video games have lulled a lot of you into thinking you're country could stand a chance against American in a global conflict. The truth of the matter is if it came down to full scale war where we didn't have to preserve assets...it'd be over for you all in a month.
I take comfort in this fact as well as in the countless veterans I know that could help my learn how to shoot. I'm not a gun owner myself, but have shot rifles and pistols before. But what differentiates veterans like yourself and the rest of us citizens is the training and the discipline. Utmost respect for those that serve. You all would be the backbone of defending our freedom and I would be the cannon fodder.
Army Ranger and we are in a World War right now and have lost our position in the world. It's China, Russia, Iran and the last war we won was WWII. Split up Korea and ran, ran out of Vietnam, still in Iran and ran out of Afghanistan. America is done.
A lot of people claim that it’s not possible since the USA has lost wars but what they don’t understand is that those wars were never fought at full capacity
They are not really wars either, we go in complete our objective then just hang around, until we are pulled out. We are not there to take over a country just to complete an objective which always gets done, people call that losing, but it's not if we didn't go in for total war. We just hang around to long and it brings resistance and looks like we were pushed out but in actuality our mission was complete.
"Agenda wars" are not meant to be won per say, they are for an 'agenda' and once that is achieved then we pull out or back off. To the world it looks as if we lost or just stopped fighting, but in reality we won what we set out to achieve OPS
Also we didn't lose those wars in the traditional sense. We were kicking all kinds of ass in 'nam and afganistan and iraq. It was more that we just got tired of fighting and gave up.
no its not due to our restraint lol its due to other countries possessing Nuclear Bombs. In a nuclear war, NO ONE WINS. and also the love for money, greed is great here in America so much so it wouldn't risks a nuclear war, any country for that matter. People want to live and live rich.
Imagine if America 1 day just went "You know what? Fuck it. Bring everybody overseas home." And just stopped protecting any other country besides America. Imagine the number of wars that would start within 48 hours.
One thing that is always forgotten about is the amount of reserve units, national guard and state malitia units we have along with the vast number of Vets who wish they would
600,000 thousand reservist and guard. 16.5 million vets, many with combat skills, some with support skills (medical, dental, etc... but still trained to fight.
Plus the draft putting every military aged male and female into armed forces but what is not thought of here we are not fighting straight up we are decimating other countries economies by controlling certain things and if we can't control them we would destroy them so that no one else could use them. So right off the bat we would hurt alot of countries just by controlling the oil and more then likely canada would surrender and other countries and just join with us.
In 2016, when it flooded in Louisiana, my entire neighborhood of approximately 500 houses was entirely evacuated in less than half an hour by the cajun navy. Thats an average of 1500 people in 30 minutes. That is quite small in comparison to 9/11 but its just insane how fast civilian organizations are able to move people, now imagine the military
Also forgot to mention each state has a lot of militias that are extremely paranoid. And it gets worse the further south and west you head from the northeast.
No other country in the world has the ability to move large numbers of soldiers and equipment like the US can. That alone is enough to tilt the odds in favor of America.
Hearing some of the Axis soldier’s accounts of when they understood that they were doomed to fall in WWII a lot of them were related to hearing how the American soldiers were able to bring in certain foods that were a luxury. Such as when German soldiers captured an American and took his possessions to find out he got a fresh baked cake that was sent from home in their hands, or the Japanese hearing the US Navy had ice cream dispensers on their ships. And this was in WWII!!!

A few years ago during whitetail deer gun hunting season a statistical statement was printed in the newspaper that if every person that had a Wisconsin deer hunting license for that year were to stand up at once it would be the 7th largest standing army in the world.
U.S. Citizens hold 400 million guns and 1 TRILLION rounds of ammunition. Many have military grade weapons. The state of Wisconsin alone, during deer hunting season, has the equivalent of 200,000 snipers (deer hunters in camo).

@@N.Oriiii Not true, necessarily. The USA chose to give up on all of those conflicts due to costs and strategy. It doesn't make sense to keep throwing life, money, and time at something that is clearly not working in your favor. Also, The USA tries to be civil in war, in other words we don't do like General Grant in the civil war and wage Total War anymore because we want to be seen as heroic and humanitarian on the world stage. If those tactics and brutality and the full force of the US military were used for those conflicts and we were more interested in the regions then they'd still be under US control today. Those fights were only fought with a very small percentage of the US military. We just weren't that interested in holding those assets as they strategically are not very important. Also, we helped to rebuild Vietnam after the war and though we didn't win we destabilized the region and ensured they'd never be a threat. Now we are allies even. These wars were not fought for nothing my Family was personally involved in a number of wars, as I come from a military family. Vietnam, Korea, and WW2 to name a few. Believe me though in a war against the world or for our survival every citizen in America becomes a conscript and a lot of us are veterans that already know how to fight. We would set aside our differences and win and we would employ total war policies where we destroy crops, livestock burn houses, forests, and anything that could be used as a resource by the enemy. I served for 23 years. I trained with the Canadian military, and to their credit, they were humble. The unique thing about our geography is that we have mountain ranges along both coasts that absolutely prohibits troop movement into the interior. The diversity of widespread agriculture, mining, fresh water, industry, and energy resources (coal, natural gas, and oil) makes us the only nation capable of being 100 percent self-sufficient. We can shut down global trade and literally starve out the global market.
You would be a conquered land on day one. Face it. Your western provinces don’t want to be a part of Canada already. BC is full of pussies who won’t fight. Quebec will opt out immediately. That leaves nothing but your boy Justin. You lose.
Remember, the Geographical advantage is so good that when we fought the UK in the revolution we won, and they were easily the most powerful military force at the time
An equal number of colonists supported the crown as supported the revolution. There are a lot of reasons as to why the British pulled out of the colonies.
Saying Britain was the most powerful military force at the time is an understatement. They were the original super power in the world, with influence reaching across the globe at the time of the revolution. Funnily enough, that's one of the reasons they lost. They got spread too thin fighting too many wars, similar to us now.
Read the USMC battle doctrines. Do you see the word 'Defense' anywhere? How about 'Restraint'? Those are words officers use to sound funny. Officers are the regulators. Once they're gone, there's no one to remind the grunts what is and isn't a war crime.
This is why when we hear about places like “little Ole’ North Korea” talking trash it’s immensely comical for them to think they have even the slightest bit of chance😂
I think that there is no way the leaders of North Korea are not aware of their microscopic chances but they tout that rhetoric to maintain power and maintain the cooperation of their people
The primary reason it makes us nervous is because their leaders are unhinged, would not submit to the Geneva convention, and would undoubtedly use nuclear weapons if they had them, the world be damned. We could put a stop to it for sure… but we value life more than they do.

To clarify that. Yes. The US’s 11 largest aircraft carriers have more than double the deck space of the rest of the world’s entire fleets combined. We likely have more military jets and helicopters than the rest of the world combined. Many of which are controlled remotely and can bomb without loss of personnel. One other thing, we would instantly switch over all manufacturing to begin war machine production, much like what happened in WW2. Within a few weeks we would be pumping out massive amounts of equipment. We have a lot of problems and differences here. But if we knew this was going down, it would be a must win situation, so I do believe we would come together and produce.
Yup! And let's not forget that the US has a LOT of machinery and weaponry that is literally just on standby. The stockpiles of armaments the US has in total (counting those that are active, those in stand-by, and those older ones that would take less than a week to be back to battle ready) it's crazy. Like... ridiculously insane.
1. after you cross the ocean and land on the beach, you have mountain ranges not far in land from each coast. Makes for hard traveling and a lot of opportunity for ambush. 2. even without the military, the deer hunters in just Michigan and Wisconsin would make a force of many thousand skilled marksmen.
Don't forget us rural Minnesotan hunters and the Dakotas, Wyoming, and Montana. I know for sure we are stocked up with ammo, trained and ready. The states and people along the Canadian border are the last type they would hope for. And we are military people as well.
You don't need deer hunters from the middle of the country. PA, WV, TN, NC, VT, AL are all full of hunters. Nearly a million in PA alone. If they could make it to Appalachia, they are in for a world of hurt from there.
That’s not all the states. Hunting states: Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Texas. Many of our people know how to hunt wildlife even many of women and children.
@mystra they are not amused at war, they are smiling because these gentlemen know that just because the numbers being read out loud in this video show the US as strong most people don't understand just how much our gov doesn't even tell the rest of the world the truth about our strength. "would america have enough people to carry this out at once?" we have more than enough, and we are one of the only countries where able bodied people WANT to fight for the country, as opposed to being forced. history shows that in every war we've had, young men and now young women too, are lining up at recruiters offices to serve. it's a beautiful thing.
I would never fight for a country that literally only cares about lining the pockets of the rich while purposely causing a mass exodus of depression and desperation. Let alone the fact that vets aren't even cared for.

@greeneyedlady5580 If there was another way besides GDP I would've used it, however that is the only metric the US government uses to track its spending(publicly available). Thank you I did enjoy this video. I’ve watched several of your videos recently. My first was the Generation X dangers. 😂🤣Gen Xer here and glad to say I survived 😁. Most of my generation had a grandfather who served in World War 2. Fathers who served in Korea and brothers who marched off to Vietnam. We were raised very Patriotic. We were proud to be American. Ready and willing to go off and defend our country like our ancestors did. Americans have been fighting for their freedom and the freedom of others since its inception. My family ancestors were in America since before it was America. They came from England, Whales,Ireland ,France and Germany. They fought in the Revolutionary War, the Civil War and all the others. I can only say that American people have a Spirit that is bred into them since birth. Whether in military or militia they are ready to defend their freedom and protect their country. They would rather die on their feet for freedom than live on their knees.
This why our enemies are doing everything in their power to make us destroy ourselves from within. It's the only chance they have at defeating us, and they know it.
120 guns per 100 people is absolutely laughable. I feel safe to say that the number should be at least tripled. Hell, the US citizens probably have more operational tanks than many other countries militaries. I enjoyed the reaction my man.
I'm assuming they're only using a gustimate based on official records. Not counting all the areas where you're not required to register guns, and all of the illegally owned ones. In the case of an attempted invasion, you'd have 2 things going on: All those "illegal guns" becoming fully legal and gun stores handing out guns and ammo like candy on Halloween.
I definitely have more guns than people in my house by far.. and so does my large family, and more in our vacation homes. It’s not 1.2x, probably more like 3x. Also, with many military members in the family, we have tons of free body armor laying around.
I worked for a guy who restored tanks for museums. He lived on 40 acres in the middle of nowhere. A private citizen. Had full auto AK47s in his basement. Ive seen gun vaults/armories bigger than your house owned by private citizens. My state doesn't require gun registration. Meaning the government has no idea how many guns are actually owned by the population. I shot my first gun at 7 when my dad got me a rifle for Christmas. I dont even live in the country side! Not to mention that even the police are trained like soldiers. Swat teams, federal agencies, sheriff's. Have been training with guns for over 100 years now. All have armored patrol cars with extra horse power at special request from American car manufacturers, police snipers well trained and always hidden at public events, explosive experts, strategists, and cevlar is handed out like Halloween candy to these people not to mention the amount that private citizens own. For a little more edge they're all republicans much more similar to Trump than Biden in their composure. We now produce more oil than Saudi Arabia, with some of the most modern oil refineries in our borders. Millitary bases are scattered around the country. Nuclear launch sites hidden in the mountains. Even the interstate highway system was built to be millitary grade. It can hold tanks without the road falling apart. Wide and tough enough to land planes anywhere. We copied the interstate system from the Germans in WW2. Its a big reason why the Germans were so successful in their military efforts. We grow all of our own food in country. This is just what i know to be true as a civilian
A big complaint from Americans is that we moved our manufacturing to China and while that's true for a lot of things it isn’t true for weapons manufacturing. When it comes to supplying weapons, we’re fine. Also, the fact that our citizenry can and IS armed means a lot less training to get them ready to fight. The US is terrifying when we’re ACTUALLY United. Right now military recruiting is down but nothing would unite us like an invasion of foreign powers and people fight hard for their homes.
If the rest of the world threw down the gauntlet, it would unite the citizens like nothing else. When the people are united and on board, we are unstoppable.
We typically have about a 2.5 requirement for war readiness. That means, we must be prepared at all times to fight 2 major conflicts and some minor stuff on the side; at any time. Doesn't mean we can't ramp up and ready more quickly.
I would also imagine in such atrocities and at the end of the final battle? The powers that be, our government, would indeed implement world domination and claim all territories of land and continents. Implementing The United States of Planet Earth. USPE 😂😂😂
Honestly, the US hasn't fought to truly win in a long time. We'd ask if they were done fighting, send them off to lick their wounds, then give out a huge chunk of our wealth for everyone to rebuild. We'd probably follow by requiring everyone to forfeit having militaries and put 1 or 2 significant US bases in each country of any importance. Meanwhile, we'd let them retain independence so long as they went along with our most important requests, but over time, we'd ignore military buildups, assuming that the other countries are all cowed. Eventually dealing with insurgents in many countries. But considering the scope of the conflict, we might feel pushed to demand total control over everything or all but the most amenable nations.
❤❤❤😂 knowing several veterans I know that to be true, we are very respectful as long as you are to, but then there's the other side of that coin 😅. We have the capacity to be complete assholes while we smile at the burning crater that was once you 😂
The US has the three largest air forces in the world: The US Air Force, the US Navy Air Force, and the US Marine Corps Air Force. Each of these are larger than any other airforce.
9/11 in Manhattan New York was the largest maritime evacuation in history. Volunteer civilian boats and ships were used under the National Coast Guard direction. 50,000 people were transported within a day. That is how fast American civilians can be mobilize.
As an American, I 100% disagree, citizens have far less power in all forms, far less budget, and far less skill, if the US military went up against all US citizens in a civil war, the citizens would very easily be mowed down
Something this video doesn't take into account is America's war time economy. In ww2 we switched to a war time economy and provided almost 2/3 of all allied military equipment during the war
@@madsmind136 Where almost all non critical manufacturing and labor goes into the war effort instead. Russia is transitioning into a war economy right now if you want to see how that looks.
4:13 - There are more US citizens in California alone than all of Canada. We don't have the budget for military might beyond protecting ourselves, and we still rely on just being too close to the United States of America for anyone to want to pick a fight with us. We are the second largest country in the world, but something like 36th in population size. Our population is also something like 85% along the US/Canadian border, with another majority along the Alaska/Yukon border. Very little of Canada is actually populated; it's just too cold for crops, and shipping is too expensive to sustain a large population. Mind you that does not mean we wont throw down if that's what it takes. I'll also say the biggest thing going for the Canadian military is creative resourcefulness rather than the latest high tech toys. 18:22 - The US's military spending for one month could outright end world illiteracy; one year of US military spending could end world hunger, full stop. Yes, they have the equipment at hand and the citizenry to back it up. In the end, it's possible America could lose; but they will take the world down with them for certain. But the real unknown is development. The creative solutions to unconventional warfare, tactics or weapons and the responses to them could tip the scale in either direction. The X-factor variable, if you will. It'll also come down to timing; how quickly either side can react, who gets where first, and how much either side would be willing to risk or spend (yes, I'm referring to soldiers and equipment like a currency) to gain a particular resource hub. We've also already seen the US retaliate "proportionally" to being fucked with before, and that has never looked good for anyone on the receiving end. There's too many variables based solely on luck to truly define who would win in USA vs The World; but in the end, whatever America can't hold, they will go full on scorched earth policy so nobody can use those resources against them, either; so whoever wins, everyone loses.
As a fellow Texan, I was beaming also..more so knowing that just us Texans could indeed wreck the world on our own... if we secede, we'd have the the 11th largest economy, and number 1 in badassery

That # is based on the commonly accepted 400 million guns in America claim that was first reported in the 1990s, Best estimate today, closer to a billion than 400 million guns in USA.
Great reaction! An interesting tidbit is that the official doctrine of the US military says that we must be able to fight two major theater wars simultaneously.
@@m.scothamilton1248that's true, but we're still fully capable of fighting a two front war. We simply may not be able to win a two front war through anything but attrition.
When the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor 90 % of physically capable males of military age volunteered to go to war. In this scenario our Military would swell to probably 50 million men of fighting age, while other countries will have to worry about there military factories getting bombed the US would be able to turn all our factories into war production. We are the only nation with the capability to be completely self sufficient. If we had to we could run at 100% for years without a single import. Alot of luxury items might not be available but we would still have what we need to survive abd keep fighting. The most important thing in all of this is the USA's willingness to fight. We will not stop, our people even as divided as we are, when it comes to us against everyone, we will not be subjugated. Our knees dont bend,we would rather die.
@mobobrien4934 Merck, which is German and Pfizer , is Swedish, I believe, have factories all over the US. One of Pfizer's biggest factories is in Kalamazoo MI. Far as medical equipment, I have no idea.
The biggest game changer in such a world battle where it was literally US vs the world is that many protective measures to limit civilian casualties would go out the window. Infrastructure and manufacturing would be so set upon that civilian losses would be huge around the world. And people don't realize countries like Russia and China though big have a very small target area needed to be fought to actually end their capabilities. China alone already has a significant issue just with resupply of their forces so targeted logistical attacks can wipe out any ability to sustain ground troops. Let alone any ability to cover naval forces who would be scattered and seeking port hubs for resupply.
The armed citizen force who most have learned to shoot moving living targets from a young age, and who know their terrain like the back of their hand and properly equipped to hunt on it, would be terrible for any Invading forces.
Definitely... The US Always low balls thier figures because we don't want the enemy to know what we have. As a Canadian, I can say definitively that Canada would fold and be annexed within minutes. Many of us feel more loyalty to the USA and their culture than we do to our own. My own family has a long history of military service and since WWII my grandfather, uncles and great uncles all either joined or attempted to join, and were refused(mostly due to family size and dependant provisioning/pensions),the US military services, Army, Navy and US Merchant Marines. Prior to WWII the previous generations were in service to the British Military(Mostly the RAF and Royal Navy) where many died Including both my Great and at least one of my GG Grandfathers. NONE, to my knowledge, have ever joined any of the Canadian Military Services although some have been members of our paramilitary police force(RCMP)(who are mostly goons for ottawa these days.) Our socialist politicians have destroyed the fabric and backbone of our country and I, myself, would sooner fight for America than protect the wayward fools in Ottawa. The only question for me and many, many like minded Canadians would be, would I get the opportunity to vote to Annex my country with America and what American military service can my skills and intellect best serve?
@@AnotherAgnostic How about we start with our Medical System and the massive waiting lines for anything and everything. A housing crisis that rivals Shanty towns in developing nations. 120 guns per 100 people for a country that has 340 million people is wild 😭 But seriously though in WWII America was significantly weaker but still fought on three fronts at the same time in the Pacific, Africa/Italy and France.
And those are just the registered ones. The illegal guns probably outnumber the legal ones so the real number is most likely closer to 200 guns to 100 people. Our country is armed to the teeth, try invading the hood and see what happens, even we don't go in there 😂

One thing many people tend to forget about, (even Americans) is the fact that America does, in fact, have its own oil wells. If we were ever at war with the world, I wouldn't be surprised if they were opened again, in order to get the oil that we'd need to fight. We'd have to repair and update them first, they've been closed for over 50 years now, but we could do it.

And that was 80 years ago, now, there's no contest, hands down.
Holy Moly

The estimate is 393,000,000 guns in the US
I definitely have more guns than people in my house by far.. and so does my large family, and more in our vacation homes. It’s not 1.2x, probably more like 3x. Also, with many military members in the family, we have tons of free body armor laying around.
1.2x is about right. It's 340,000,000 people in the US. So about 400 Million guns makes sense.

Yeah there's basically always one guy in a neighborhood who could supply the whole neighborhood with weapons.
When the people are united and on board, we are unstoppable.
say it! preach it!
true statement here
We typically have about a 2.5 requirement for war readiness.
America is the second most polite military while having the capacity to be the most ruthless if needed.

@@lovelypoets4003 It was indeed approximately 500,000 people.
500,000 in 9 hours
It took us a week to move 300,000 out of Afghanistan.
the scariest thing about america isnt the military, its the citizens
Geneva suggestions for us civilians💯
As an American I completely agree
As an American, I 100% disagree, citizens have far less power in all forms, far less budget, and far less skill, if the US military went up against all US citizens in a civil war, the citizens would very easily be mowed down
@aberymartin1511 bro it's a bucket list
I thought the scariest thing about America was the fact that we’re neighbors with Canada
Something this video doesn't take into account is America's war time economy. In ww2 we switched to a war time economy and provided almost 2/3 of all allied military equipment during the war
What is a war time economy
@@madsmind136basically factories in that time switched to manufacturing supplies for wars rather than non-necessities
Hell, the UK hasn't even paid off their debt to the US from World War One. and Canada's military is a damn joke,
@@madsmind136 Where almost all non critical manufacturing and labor goes into the war effort instead.
As a Texan, I was grinning from ear to ear before this video even started lol.
As a fellow Texan, I was beaming also..more so knowing that just us Texans could indeed wreck the world on our own... if we secede, we'd have the the 11th largest economy, and number 1 in badassery
@TheEdgeLord Australia said they'd back us if Texas secedes. They kinde eluded to it in the video but skipped over the best parts. In Texas, sport shooting is a popular past time and even most kids are better shots than some countries military. I also participate in living history reenactment so I know a lot of folks with working and functional cannons, mortars and we know very well how to operate them.
Why? Over what? USA is a joke these days as a country
@TheEdgeLord No you couldn't, you have extremely poor understanding of how even your country or world works. Texas is wealthy because of trading, that USA government allows and facilitates. As for Australia they have to go through the federal government. Texas on their own are just going to perish.
@@K.S.FishingAustralia would have to go through the USA federal government before anything can happen, if Texas go their own way, that will never be accepted. Thanks for confirming that Americans are the most ignorant people on the planet.

I'm a U.S. history teacher and come from a military family. One thing I can say for sure is that the U.S. military learns from both our own mistakes and that of other nations that's why everything in our military is so over the top. We seen all the failures and planned accordingly.
As a US history teacher you should know better. Ever heard about Vietnam, Afghanistan, syria ? You listen but never learn
We do have the ability to adapt.
@QuentinCdv I said that "the U.S. military learns from both our own mistakes and that of other nations" Literal Quote from my previous comment. I never once said the U.S. was perfect in everything it did. Learn to read before you open your mouth.
Right so the battle was succesfull but ultimately the war was a disaster. The war against the taliban do not seem à great success to me. And I do not believe history will remember that a the success of the US.Anyway I just reacted to your point, you said that you learn from you mistake. I would argue that any war world against the US would certainly end by a defeat of the US.
What would be the criterions to you of a war success ? The US would dominate the world military, even policing the street. It would be untenable
Our military and it's unlimited budget has allowed it to build quite the stockpile of weapons of all kinds. They never stop building them.
I'm an American and I just want to say that if a country is crazy enough to attack itself because they have slavery what makes you think that we're going to mess around.. there is a reason why we are so armed.... We love freedom and will gladly fight for it!!!!

For your question at 18:20
A- there is a big reason why the us is in dept and doesn’t have free health care
B- look at the reserves and guards for each branch it’s insane compared to other countries
8:48 "... has 120 (registered) guns per 100 people."
Had to fix that.

That # is based on the commonly accepted 400 million guns in America claim that was first reported in the 1990s, Best estimate today, closer to a billion than 400 million guns in USA.
Guns don't need to be "registered". That's a myth that the left would like to bust. The numbers they have are the ones going out the doors of FFLs.
And considering we can just print them/ even if inferior. Just assume we have guns for days.
💯
Great reaction! An interesting tidbit is that the official doctrine of the US military says that we must be able to fight two major theater wars simultaneously.
2 and a half
That's all been changed. Since Obama the US has down shifted training.
For real. If most Americans heard it was us vs everyone, they’d say “bring it… wouldn’t be fair otherwise.”
Only major problem I see is we rely on China for our medication equipment and meds, we haven't made any in country for quite sometime
I’ve met a few military vets who all claim our military is at least 10 years ahead of what the public thinks they are in terms of capabilities.
Definitely... The US Always low balls thier figures because we don't want the enemy to know what we have.
Most people think the F22 is the scariest thing in the air (and it's pretty scary) but it's actually being retired and will be replaced with something even scarier very soon lol.
We have warehouses full of stuff we don't even tell people about 🤣🤣
I think 10 years is a low-ball number, but it could be stratified from 10 on up
As a Canadian, I can say definitively that Canada would fold and be annexed within minutes.
NONE, to my knowledge, have ever joined any of the Canadian Military Services although some have been members of our paramilitary police force(RCMP)(who are mostly goons for ottawa these days.)
Our socialist politicians have destroyed the fabric and backbone of our country and I, myself, would sooner fight for America than protect the wayward fools in Ottawa.
The only question for me and many, many like minded Canadians would be, would I get the opportunity to vote to Annex my country with America and what American military service can my skills and intellect best serve?
how exactly did socialism destroy the fabric of your country?
It's not folding, it's joining!
@@AnotherAgnostic How about we start with our Medical System and the massive waiting lines for anything and everything. A housing crisis that rivals Shanty towns in developing nations. 120 guns per 100 people for a country that has 340 million people is wild 😭
But seriously though in WWII America was significantly weaker but still fought on three fronts at the same time in the Pacific, Africa/Italy and France.
we are strapped my boy, we are strapped. woman , grandmaws, everyone
And those are just the registered ones. The illegal guns probably outnumber the legal ones so the real number is most likely closer to 200 guns to 100 people. Our country is armed to the teeth, try invading the hood and see what happens, even we don't go in there 😂

Knowledge of every nook and cranny of the surrounding counties where I've grown up and lived my whole life make it entirely navigable without so much as a compass. Where to find shelter, water, food, fire, and live off the land would come easy , and I'm not even native, but they've taught me much . I think invaders would have a difficult time, especially if, as a whole, we all got pissed off! I believe the advantage we would have, could prove to be overwhelming. Not to underestimate anyone would be key.
