he says most 4th generations would get taken out....... f15 goes 1900 mph is still one of the fastest jet on planet, is the most heavily armed jet on earth, and has a REAL WORLD GAMERSCORE of 114 to 0.......thats right 0 losses in 50 years...one lost a wing flew 10 miles and landed safely....ACTUALLY HAPPENED look it up....and one of those 114 air to air kills was against a moving helicopter with a bomb.....not a missle, a bomb...
dont think for 1 sec that our "4th generation" are at all behind the rest of the world, just because we got 5th gen now...

Ps. youre right.....we dont need foot soldiers....but what makes the US president truly the strongest man on earth is in late 1700s, George Washington made it where Marines are the only branch that can be deployed anywhere on earth with a presidential signature and NO act of war needed from congress....meaning, sure we might not need foot soldiers, but our president can put 177k of the baddest amphibious soldiers the world has ever seen on your beach by morning...

Not only can the US Navy remove satellites from orbit, but it's been done with with an SM-3 (STANDARD missile.) The speed of a satellite means that you have to position the missile in front of the satellite to be run into.. and since there's no automated system that can calculate this kind of thing, they did most of the calculations with their human brains. Keep in mind this was 16 years ago.

You are more on the delusional side IMHO. We have the most expensive and wasteful military on the plane bar none! We have 1000 military bases around the world, 95% of which we don't need and a wide open southern border through which tens of millions of third worlds people are flooding into the country. African military power is pretty spread out between its countries. Egypt, Algeria, Morocco and Ethiopia are some of the strongest, and in the scenario from this video would no doubt be concentrating on working with the EU to kick the US out of the Middle East and to protect the Mediterranean. South Africa and Nigeria are relatively strong for African countries, but are too far from the major action to contribute much. Whether the combined forces of African militaries not busy in the Middle East could achieve anything besides material support is unclear to me, but I doubt it.

I worry less about weapons war and more about enemy countries attacking using technology especially social media and gaming to spread propaganda throughout our country. That’s more terrifying these days. The fact that social websites can be used secretly to influence the way Americans feel and think about political figures and plant false news is something our country needs to be better at spotting and informing citizens about. We need tech ready to battle just as much if not more than weapons and machinery.

Whether you need boots on the ground depends on what you plan on doing. The victory condition here for America is basically stop the GA, which can probably be achieved with very limited direct combat; individual countries could almost certainly be bombed into agreeing to status quo ante bellum, its just getting them to that point which would be expensive.
Now, if Americas win condition was global occupation, that would be a lot trickier.

That satalite shoot down was conducted by a land base F-15 fighter out of the western part of the US. It was a defunct US satalite but because it was there in one orbit of the earth and gone when it should have been there the russians would have noticed that.

    Fun fact....
In the 1990s and early 2000s, there was talk about the United States aiming to become a 'hyperpower,' a term used to describe a nation with unparalleled global influence, even beyond that of traditional superpowers. It was an interesting concept that emerged after the Cold War when the U.S. was seen as the sole superpower.
So to clarify it that is the reason why the United States is so powerful today...
Because it is the only hyperpower within the world just as it used to be the only superpower after the cold war....
And as long as it continues on track as it is with the growth of technology, once humans become a space bearing race, they will be the only celestial power...
Though the future hasn't been written yet and it will be interesting to see what comes out of it

The problem a world alliance would have is communication, which creates a huge problem for your “tactics” question. Every country not already in alliance with one other lack the ability to communicate effectively which would cause confusion and lead to their demise against a well-oiled machine like the US military.

given the rule of no nuclear weapons in this war game, its a resounding yes. the US could defend itself against a global attack. no nation in the world has the might of the US navy. some may argue, while true that the chinese navy is the largest in the world by vessel count, yet they dont have the ships or logistics to traverse an entire ocean only their local waters. the US has been doing it since WW1. it is a blessing and a curse of our geography and not many understand why our defense budget is so high. most nations fight in their "backyards". the US has to travel to help defend their friends

Making the chips we need for our weapons. Thats ome of the major reasons we try to remaij cordial with China, since thats where we get most of those chips from.

You need foot soldiers if you're trying to conquer and hold on to territory. In the war envisioned the US isn't going to invade and conquer, it's going to interdict and destroy commerce and damage and disrupt enemy military capability to destroy the viability of national economies. Trying to hold territories far from the US is eventually futile; it's why these nations have military designed to defend their homeland rather than to project power. it's way cheaper and Vietnam showed that even the greatest superpower had a hard time winning an away game.
The "windows" on the subs are launch tubes.

It all comes down to command and control and the ability to sustain a global logistical train. The US has such infrastructure, the rest of the world, trying to coordinate, would be nigh impossible. So while worldwide, the numbers would favor the world, the ability to coordinate and deliver those assets meaningfully would be problematic at best.

One aircraft carrier strike-group can topple most average countries. The US has 11 supercarrier strike groups to put that into perspective. Out of the 5 largest air-forces in the world, the US has 3-4 of them: U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Marine Corps. One of the main things everybody forgets is the ability to refuel aircraft mid-flight. The US has over 100 flying tankers.
The redcoats better be happy y'all are on the U.S.'s good side lmao enjoy your free healthcare instead of pulling your own weight in NATO. Texas alone could wipe the floor with 75% of countries
EDIT: The video didn't even mention drones lmao. The U.S. has 268 Predator drones, and 305 MQ9 Reaper drones. Then add whatever number of classified UAVs we operate that aren't known to the public, likely also in the 100s and employs high explosive, armor piercing, and Energy weapon technology
