Thanks Jim, I'll be back at Skipsea in September and have some fun things that I want to teach . . . 'fun' being a euphemism for 'Blooming heck that hurts' :) :) :)

Nice one Robert! Thanks for sharing that. I love the relaxed technique and especially the laughs! The way it should be.

      Thanks.
Jokes (generally bad ones) and laughs is definitely my signature style - which some people love and other's hate...
      A story....
Many years back I was at a seminar (as a participant) and made a joke - the Black Belt standing next to me gave me a disapproving look and said "When you have been doing martial arts as long as me you will take it seriously", I asked (innocently) "How long have you been doing it for?", "Twenty years" the gentleman replied (a bit proudly), "Oh," I retorted, "I've been doing it for 30 years..." - I swear that his brain exploded :) :) :) :) :)

Nice. I get anxiety practicing with peoples necks but that back head hair pull twist looked boss.

Hi, thanks, sensible - necks are places where a serios injury can occur - always better to play safe. The hair pull is great fun but has to be done smoothly (and I'm not sure that I did that as well as I would wish) and go through multiple directions to get the desired result.

@@RobertAgarHutton I think I understand what you mean. As in, spiral trajectory (multiple directions) is harder to stop than straight line?
