Kind of sort of. I formed Enfold Darkness in 2004 and I was in the band until like 2015… so you might hear quite a bit of similarity between what’s going on here and the stuff from that time period. I’ve always considered this as a continuation of that sound, more or less, anyway.

not entirely wrong, this is a wall of sound whereas the earlier stuff was definitely way more dynamic. you have to have some push to the pull and this is all push. i'm holding out for some more ripping tracks on the album this seems like a more epic symphonic tune.
